And, as the "10-minutes-a-day squat" video ( • ENG)하루10분 스쿼트로 기초 체력 기르기! ) became the most viewed video in the latter half of this year, I wanted to present you with a similar type of contents, so rather than 100 slow burpees, I've prepared the "10-minutes exercise" video!
Even just proceeding with 1-2 sets will enhance your basic fitness as well as providing the effects of the aerobic exercise :) It's a video where I keep cheering you up for the whole of 10 minutes, where we suffer together and inspire each other, so please stay till the end☺️ I recommend proceeding with this daily, or every 2-3 days! If you comment on each day you proceed with the exercise, I will support you with a like💛 Make sure you don't strain yourselves, and if you're new to the slow burpee, you need to proceed with the "50 slow burpee challenge" first ^_^**
※ For those with a knee or a hip issue , or those who aren't familiar with the squatting position, and those with very very low stamina, it's a medium-difficulty exercise that I do not recommend. For those who feel that the speed that I'm proceeding with is too fast, please proceed with the exercise at a speed that is manageable for you!
