However, the major factor of achieving that is the bottom of the upper echelon of office management-- the Head Coach ! Mike McCarthy got run out of Green Bay ! Whatever went on between Mike , Aaron , and the city had to do with his coaching. With what he had to work with, they should have had at least 3 SB wins, not just the 1. Now after a year away before coming to Dallas, he still hasn't built any trust in most Cowboys fans. Especially ME ! Because he is weak in decision making, game planning, clock managing , and mostly in team readiness. Like S A Smith, I have very little confidence in him ! How bout den COWBOYS !!!

The only collapse in recent memory is last year. They won a playoff game over Seattle in 2018. They lost in epic battles to strong GB Packer teams in 2014 and 2016 that came down to the end.
