The idiot with the tow truck, he caused more $ in damage than if he would have just paid what he owed. Now he owes $ for tow truck damages, jail time, and a truck that can’t be driven. 🤦🏽♀️
Man that avalanche actually made me claustrophobic af i held my breath instinctively lol ack . Oh btw, for the place in Arizona, Gila is pronounced hee-la 😊 (idc that it was pronounced wrong i was just excited to see a place i knew lol)
The crane operators sense of humor is comical. I knew someone who loved to get people, "heated" like this. It is funny for a short time. Problem is they do not know when to stop. It gets old!
I was a wrecker operator for 21 years and for a (very) short time drove for a repo outfit in North Hollywood, Ca. Towing is a dangerous enough job, but repo driving is a whole different planet. Though totally legal, you are looked at and thought of as STEALING the vehicle. For some reason people don't like that and if they catch you at it, they WILL fight you for it, every time. What did it for me (driving repo)... In my truck I accompanied one of the repo men. We followed the vehicle he was after to a supermarket parking lot, where the mother went into the store but left her two children, boys, in the car. After some discussion between the repo man and the office, the repo came to me and said start hooking it up. By now the boys are freaked out, crying and calling for mom. One of the boys got out and ran into the store for mom. By now a crowd had gathered and wanted to know why the kids were so scared. Mom came out of the store screaming that we are stealing her car. It was a frickin' nightmare! I eventually got the car and never did another repo again. Screw that sh-t! Oh... the dude driving off the back of the flatbed, totally staged 110%!
"Just when you think you've seen it all, this compilation proves that reality often exceeds our wildest imaginations. From daring rescues to unbelievable natural disasters, these clips are nothing short of extraordinary!"
22:38 it does NOT rain relentlessly! Yes, up in the mountains where Payson is, they get more rain than the desert but....mostly short afternoon storms from mid july to early Sept and....not a lot of rain. 5-10. inches on the area. Payson is just south of the Mogollon rim which is a geographical feature where the Colorado plateau lifts up about 1,000 feet on average. Basically a granite wall. This uplift causes rain showers and at times heavy storms to form with the uplift of terrain. But, it's NOTHING like the Monsoons of India for example. Monsoon actually means ...change is seasonal winds and that's exactly what happens here in the South Weet. A change in the winds along with a high pressure typically over the four corners brings humid air from the Gulf of Mexico. The rest of the year, the winds are outta the south west which brings up dry air.
Years ago we were riding our motorcycles west on I-84 towards Portland, Oregon. We came across a group of motorcyclists on the edge of the freeway. Evidently a boulder came off the hillside, broke in pieces, and one of them hit the motorcycle killing the female on it.
One other point about being in a hurricane that no one ever seems to mention. Of course, everyone knows to tape windows when they have time. But, clearly, the guy in NJ did not think he would need it. If you are caught out like this, and IF you have time, at least close all the blinds in your house before going to the basement. This will prevent glass spraying everywhere if one of the windows breaks. The window will break if the wind and hurricane are strong enough. But at least the glass will not cover the whole floor. When I was a child, in the 1960's, they always told us to leave your windows open just a few inches, as this will prevent pressure from building up inside the house. ?? They don't say it anymore, but that's what people used to do.
Here’s a wild one for ya. On the afternoon of September 5th, 2024, it was reported that there was a Humpback Whale in Pillar Point Harbor, located in California. Somebody living on his boat in the harbor filmed the whale, which likely followed a ball of anchovies into the harbor.
@@jovetj maybe to you it isn’t, but to a local who knows how f*cking tiny Pillar Point Harbor is, especially at low tide full to the brim with boats and it’s never ever happened in the harbor’s history… yeah that’s a bit less believable.
@@arctistarfox My comment was more of a jab at the "You Wouldn't Believe" title of this video. None of is was unbelievable to me. Your point is taken, and while I don't also find that to be unbelievable, I can appreciate its rarity.
@@jovetj point taken. Thank you for clarifying. I’m sure this happens more often than one would think, but this was the first I ever heard of such an event. Especially so close to where I live.
I got honest I think that one was a stunt because if I didn’t hear nothing about it in the news, then it was probably a stunt and somebody happened to be recording it not knowing what was happening
Your channel is mesmerizing to me. And no clickbait, u actually deliver! That means a lot these days with all the ridiculous thumbnails proliferating that have nothing to do with the actual video, not to mention the crappy AI voices ❤❤
You know, they used to leave the big boulders at the side of the road, kind of a warning that hey, there are rock/land slides in this area. Now? Expedience takes precedence. Bah. Modern life stinks.
The car driving off the rollback truck is fake. When they put a vehicle on the back of a rollback they strap it down in several places. Thus was a set up.
Nothing is being filmed. There is no film involved. Do you realize that it is an electronic camera recording on memory media? Its not filming. Even your title says video. And by the way, its "MonterrAY", not "MonterEE"
As tornadoes don’t happen “regularly” they feel it isn’t necessary to build them that way. Also most home builders build them this way as it’s fast and cheap compared to a tornado proof house.
Yeah, that was reckless flying or just crap piloting. Don't be buzzing farmers for sh*ts and giggles, people. You're just gonna end up w manure on your face.
10:00 I mean, say what you will about the methods, but, honestly, f*ck reposetions, and f*ck our credit based lives in the first place. Not to mention how many "reposetions" and "evictions" have "accidentally" been done to the wrong people.
The Fujita scale is obsolete. The Enhanced Fujita scale has replaced it. EF3 is the correct term for damage evaluated against the Enhanced Fujita scale.
