Kirk you are absolutely right!! #6. I never cheated on my ex, but he would go thru my ph, questioned me about every single thing! I am so glad to be away from that Toxic mess!
I also dated 1 who would check my phone after we started dating for like a week and deleted photos of my ex or male friends saying he doesn't like them. And he was younger than me but he controlled me❌️
#6 it’s my belief that people with trust issues and I think it’s safe to say that more people than not have trust issues and it’s only when someone’s behaviour is brought to light that it triggers the trauma that cause the distrust in the first place

I've been 3,4 and 9. I couldn't be accountable for my actions and was always spiraling whenever they called me out. I always went to my ex-boyfriend's house to argue my point, after forgetting certain details return to say what I left out🤦♀️yet he was the serial cheater and I didn't cheat so I thought storming out would help😅 I was always complaining because I was unhappy and even if someone, did me something special I couldn't be grateful or shown appreciation. I was very sad and a mess
But since I've been single I stopped complaining and started taking accountability for my actions and life. Now I'm happy and at peace with myself. I let the external environment control how I felt and reacted which was wrong...from the on set. After I decided to be single I also did research on whether or not I am a narcissist and your videos help me understand where I went wrong. So I can't take my bs to the next relationship😊. 6 months all by myself has taught me alot❤
