Two years ago I changed my life completely . I can’t remember why I started my fitness journey but now I wake up at 5,go to bed at 8, I’m strength training and training as an equestrian, I’m more organized, my space always is clean, I love cooking. I don’t know what had hit me in my head but thanks to it!
I do this every morning now! The 1st time I did I i was so inflexible and I said oh no! But I remained consistent and made sure to make it the 1st thing on my to do list along with praying. It’s a great addition to any morning routine!
I am pretty flexible but i struggle holding it for long. I almost gave up like 7 min into the video and then i was like, you know what I'm gonna just pause and finish it. I am going to try and do this every day along with prayer as well.
I actually love how it's not only the stretches but her positivity to start the day off with, that sticks, you know? It's motivating, just having her reassuring you every morning while you stretch. I generally don't like exercises where people talk too much, but she's the exception.
these stretches are my absolute favourite, my boyfriend and I do them every morning and it literally is the most refreshing way to start a day. thank you for continuously uploading great content that allows me to focus some time on myself and my body. I feel great
Early bird here 🙋🏻♀️ I wake up everyday 5:30-6am. Thank you for this. My grandma use to say the first thing you should do every morning is stretch. 🙌👍
I am such a night owl but I’m trying to be a morning person. It’s so tough but videos like these are so encouraging and helpful for me! Thanks for this awesome yoga stretch Blogilates!
I've been watching blogilates for 7 years now!! She always makes me feel so positive about my body and my goals in life. I'm so glad I found her on RU-vid xx
I go to bed at 9:30, and wake up at 8:10, I tried changing my sleep schedule for school, because it’s starting in about a week, and you know sleeping well and being healthy makes you learn faster and better, also gives you more energy 😆😁😁❤️❤️❤️
Wow that stretch was amazing ☺ I'm feeling energized even though it's the afternoon lol I overslept today 😧 I'm adding healthy habits to my daily routine and trying to stick to a better sleep and wake up schedule 💤 tomorrow is a new day at least I'm trying ☺
Thank you for your video. Because of you I wake up in the morning with a purpose during quarantine. On my first day I cleaned my entire apartment, finished a lot of lesson planning for the future and studied for my Chinese exam. I owe it all to you x
I've been waking up at 6.am for this whole week, and i always do yoga. I've discovered it's not so hard and as you say, it's incredible. Here in Spain no one wakes up that time! And students less. This country doesn't get the sleep hours It needs.
I've been doing these stretches every morning to help with back pain and they have done wonders! Yesterday, I was diagnosed with scoliosis and I'm thankful it's very mild. I believe that this routine has been why I've been able to manage the pain and why the curve isn't so severe. Glad I started to workout with Cassie bc I think these workouts have done more for my body than just getting me strong and healthy and have actually helped manage a condition I didn't know I was living with. 🖤
so happy to hear the workouts help you and that you are keeping such a positive outlook despite your diagnosis!! well done and sending healing vibes your way. 💕
i’ve been doing your energizing stretches at work for the last 2 months, and also after an early morning gym workout before heading in to work. they help me so much to wake up 😊
Hello! I enjoyed your stretching session but for those who need a little more guidance it would be great if you added at what point of the stretch to inhale and when to exhale. Thanks ! 🙏🏼
Hey, I really love this routine but would you consider doing a routine for people who aren't that flexible yet? I've always been super stiff and I'm trying to get more flexible but some of those positions sadly were already too hard for me.
You can always do them at your current level! It will look nothing like what she does but as you continue the exercises and breathe, your body slowly starts opening more and more. If it's really difficult then I do believe she has easier ones like the one that's called "5 Stretches to make you feel more flexible" or "Stretches after a stressful day".
There are plenty of new channels like mine online that have stretching for beginner tutorials, 50 per cent of the time the majority of people who are not flexible have bad postures as well as tight hamstrings so I have realized over the years it's best to correct the posture first before working on the hamstrings you may find a tutorial that suits you on my channel if you care to have a look
Hey, I was the same and after a few days I can reach the floor with y hands when I bend my back forward!! I really felt like giving up and find something else after 2 days of feeling incapable of following her. It has been a qweek now and I am more flexible than when I started! Keep up! Do it how you can.
I like how Cassie actually talks with us to get us motivated and really she talks on her health life like how she wakes up and I think to me that’s very good it motivates me to try waking up early
Cassey I'm a Greek girl, trying to get into university which means I'm taking private lessons. I get back from school at 2.30 and then I have private lessons 3h/day and I also have to study which I need at least 3 hours for. Can you do a series for short workouts? Maybe ones that I can do between my study breaks? and also is there anything affective so I can lose a bit of weight with that schedule?
I started Pop Pilates in 2014 which got me into fitness and led to a healthy and active hs and college life. 10 years later I'm restarting my fitness journey ♥️ I fell off in 2020 and finally found motivation and desire to exercise agaib. I'm so excited to do this again and grateful for Cassey
This has been my favorite stretching routine for a long time. I was pregnant last year and had to scale back some of my exercise/stretch routines, but I took the first two moves plus the yogi squat and integrated them into my prenatal workouts. Now I'm 9 months postpartum and getting back to pop pilates-level of exercise again. It's so great to return to these videos! I feel like I'm becoming my self again! Except now I actually wake up at 6am every morning lol
Yes! Me too! I discovered her channel and calendar because I was sick of not moving my body around enough and wanted to start doing sport every day. This calendar is such a blessing!
I'm up at 5:45 and begin teaching middle school P.E. classes (Zoom) at 7:15. It is very difficult to get my students motivated to move in the morning. I think this is a great way to get them ready for the day by moving and breathing. It's a refreshing break from the cardio and HIIT work outs we have become accustomed to.
I can't wait to do this! Sretching always helps me feel calm and relax when I was feeling super stressed out. So, this video is exactly what I need right now!
I'm gonna try this everyday! When I thought this was a stretch I didnt think at all my heart rate will go up and I'll be slightly sweating^^ But I felt the stretch in every part of me and I'm loving it!!!! HOPE EVERYONE WILL HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY! THANK YOU SO MUCH CASSIE!
For the first time in years I felt so lethargic that I didn't want to exercise one bit. I just wanted to sleep more. So I decided to make my Tuesday into Friday and did this video. It really energized me. Really! Thank you Cassey.
I do this stretch every day now! I started this stretch a little over a month ago and I am so much more flexible than when I started, with the mindset to push a little further each time. This was the point that motivated me to exercise every day, whether it was walking, biking, dancing, pilates or aerobics. Stretching is the one thing I do every day that literally "sets the tone" for the day and I am way more determined to make something of it. And when I have my rest day I still do this stretch so that I can still feel good within my body for the rest of the day. It absolutely makes a difference!!
This is fantastic, you are an incredible teacher. I was just inspired this morning to search for a morning yoga stretch video to add to my morning routine and found this and am so glad I found it. Love your instruction style, the stretches, and the way it helped kick start my day with excitement and focus. Looking forward to working out with you more!
Hey Cassey, First of all congratulations for your upcoming wedding!😍👍 And I just wanted to tell ya that I have been doing your w/o for the past 4 and a half years, I have been following you throughout my journey and have noticed major(with a capital M) changes in body, obviously the changes are good and I just wanted to thank you a lot. P.S- not going to a gym, eating right and drinking a lot of water!😊😁😅
Mam thank you so much... 1 week ago I started this stretching routine. I had a lower back pain for more than 3 years.. but with the help of this routine my pain is reduced.. and I am more flexible than usual. Thanks for uploading this video.
I've been doing this routine before bed and another of hers in the morning for about 4 days and it's amazing how much more flexible I've become. The moves are getting much easier and I'm moving more fluidly. I'm going to do this for another week or so before I start doing more actual pilates, so excited.
@@meg1852 No problem if you like the tutorials perhaps you should sub I have many tutorials coming and you'll see them as they come out with the notifications
Thanks for the stretch ideas! So helpful! I like waking up around 7:20 am. Being ready to go to work and invest into helping and loving others definitely take strength and flexibility. Much love to you!
Love this stretch routine...it's low impact but it gives me a slight rush a sweat in the morning. I've been sedentary since the pandemic started so this is a good way to jump-start my body back to fitness.
I tried this routine yesterday morning as part of my journey to be more active and..WOW! The amount of energy I had for the rest of the day! My chest really felt more open and I was able to keep my back straight when I usually tend to slouch. I felt so empowered I had to come back for day 2! You give me such motivation and happiness, you're a ray of sunshine!
plenty of new channesl on line like mine, that as quality tutorials on how to stretch for beginners and how to split ,now would be a good time to set a goal like learning how to split with the time we have now because of the quarantine why not make the most of it
@@ashlele3365 because you appear to be passionate about stretching from what you wrote so I just wanted to suggest to you to go the full mile and learn the splits, it's a great thing to learn you'll have so much more mobility in your body once you get it. go on look at some of my tutorials pick one that suits your standard
I wake up at 6.15 if I have to go to school. If I don't have any important thing to do, I wake up at 7.30. When I was in high school, I used to wake up at 4.45 from Monday to Saturday and then I used to sleep until noon on Sunday.
Did this during an afternoon slump and it was just what I needed! I am not very flexible or in shape and actually broke a bit of a sweat! I love all your videos!
I wake up at 4:45 for work and sometimes on my days off I get up that early to start the day with my husband. I'm definitely up by 7 most days. I don't have a habit of stretching or yoga in place yet but I love the way I feel when I do it! ❤
I was camping and I woke up this morning feeling a little stiff. I am very flexible and rarely I can find a stretch routine which really feels Like I’m stretching and this one did! So thank You ❤️ I’ll definitely check out more of your videos
This was amazing. I’ve been really fatigued for the last few weeks. Not listening to my body. My body has been very achy, sore, still and on top of that I have a lower lumbar disc herniation. This helps tremendously, and it was very simple to do. I feel Awake! Now I have to practice this everyday. Thank you
Very possible, that’s your body kicking in survival mode indeed. It is really unhealthy though, your body is gonna crash at some point. Check yourself ❤️
See, here's the thing. When she demonstrates the exercises, like "alternating camel," she looks like a fairy! Then you have me over here looking like an actual deformed camel.
Thank you for this. I said for a long time that I would start doing stretches after I wake up but never really do. This morning I woke up to feeling so stiff and Achey. My back was hurting so bad. Followed all the way through this video. This really stretched everything out. Will be using it a lot more. You should make more videos!!! And also, I used to be a night owl just like you: Never went to sleep until 1-2 am. But my job has been making me get up early. Now I go to bed usually by 10 pm and wake up between 6-6:30 am every morning! There have been times I woke up at 5. I’m like you, that’s crazy, but something to definitely work on. Mornings are so peaceful.
I see this video is two years old, but I just discovered it and I have to say your energy is very calming and soothing for the morning. I just completed the morning stretch and loved it. Thank you!
Thanks for this great video! My perfect time to get up is 5am. Sometimes I wake up as early as 4:30 or as late as 6. But 5am is my sweet spot. I love the first two stretches - they are really helpful to open up. However, I have arthritis in my knees ands cannot do the others. Would love more standing stretches.
I remember reading through the quarantine comments from the beginning and being a part of them and now just seeing all of them lmao feels like so long ago
I wake up at 4:30am 😭 Which kills me, bc I definitely don't get enough sleep. But I have a really long way to work, so there is no other option, at least not until I find another job. My skin got really bad since I started working there bc of the lack of sleep and I just don't feel well balanced (mentally and physically). I also don't have time for morning stretches during the week , unfortunately :(
Can't you go to sleep earlier? Idk how much you go out or your life obligations, but sacrificing a few social outings to sleep at 8-9pm would make a huge difference! Hope you figure this out💜
I usually go to sleep around 9pm. Earlier wouldn't work bc I get home from work around 6pm and then I need to do stuff like eat, and maybe run some errands and do at least some kind of work out... so I don't even get to socialize much during the week 🙈 I'm trying to change jobs as quickly as possible but I'll probably be stuck there for at least another year :(
I have been doing this stretch routine for 4 days now, and omg, I can feel a change already in my flexibility. I am able to push myself more. I absolutely love it♡
I do this everyday now and i feel so much better!! Because working out in the morning is impossible for me i‘m just too much of a night owl i was searching for an alternative to still move my body in the morning. It‘s amazing i would recommend it to anyone.
