Who's ready for a brand new workout video?! I know you guys have been waiting patiently, so I wanted to give you guys a beautiful 10 minute total body workout that you can do at home!
I love these moves because they're fluid, graceful, elegant and sexy - and they remind me of dancing! I feel so confident doing them, so I know you will too!
We're gonna start with a quick ab warm up to get all those core muscles working. This no-equipment workout targets the upper abs, lower abs, inner thighs, outer thighs, shoulders, and arms!

I really liked this one! I honestly like slower workouts more, still feels like it tones but not at an overwhelming pace. Would love to see more like this

100% !! I have class really early so I like to do these when I wake up; going from asleep to total intense workout just doesn't work for me haha so I need these gentler ones to wake me up

This one was really relaxing too. I like the tone of this for sure. I felt pretty and the reps got painful a bit later and was bearable to breathe through!

This is one of my favorite workouts! It was relaxing but I still felt like I was working muscles. It’s a great evening workout because I don’t want anything that gets my heart rate up before bed because then I’ll have trouble falling asleep. So this was perfect! I would love a longer video like this, maybe about 30 minutes, with some quick stretching throughout. Like the pike stretch was in this video. Thanks for the awesome video!

I read your comment before doing the video and I thought "Noo, not a longer video. " Casey's videos are always so challenging. Now that I'm done, I feel so relaxed for bed. I completely agree. Stretches in between would be wonderful. Like an evening pilates/stretches for relaxation!

Cassey, I dont think you realise how much you help people. I've followed you since circa 2012 and I used to be super advanced, super strong, gym 2x a day. Then I started to hate the gym because I was forced into it so I got weaker, gained more weight but I definitely needed it, but lost so much muscle tone. Now I'm back to beginner again and I didnt want to do this video because I was afraid it was too hard. This video is PERFECT, I like that it's slow, controlled, and at beginner level. Cassey, I just want to say thank you. Thank you for keeping on going. Thank you for being you and sharing your gift with the world. We love you Cassey, Sam, and George! 💕

twinkle pops101 I’m not sure. Maybe you could stretch beforehand to warm up your muscles. Stretching also increases flexibility. This will come in handy when you’re doing the side leg lifts! I don’t think a cool down is necessary. I’m not a fitness instructor though so I’m not sure! Listen to your body. If you feel stiff after the work-out it may be smart to do a cool down. Good luck!

I just did this workout as part of the April 2020 workout calendar, and it was definitely my favourite of the videos today. I really appreciated the slower, more controlled pace of the moves, as it allowed me to focus on my form, my breathing, and just getting the moves right to properly work the areas being targeted. With the really fast workouts, I find myself just getting sloppy & off-balance, not doing the moves correctly, and worrying that I might hurt myself (lol) trying to keep up. Anyways, loved this one & would love it if people here could point me to other Blogilates videos like this one! 😃

I actually got really excited when she asked “What color are your nails” because I got my nails done at a 5-star salon for the first time before I did this workout for the first time. My nails, at the time, were merlot red, a color I’d never worn before. They were gel nails, too, a first for me. Im addicted to jelly nails now and I hope I can do my own a natural pink once a month! Also I love this workout! It’s perfect for the morning!

Dude, honestly i never realised how much small workouts can actually help... Like dad works out every morning, mum works out every morning, and because i have class, i work out in the evenings and i usually do a LOT of cardio, sometimes for long periods of time, but after this, i never realized that a workout so short can get my muscles working and HURTING LIKE HELL. Cassey, you're my new favourite

This was perfect for a rest day in between more rigorous days , perhaps when you're feeling stiff sore or less energetic. I did your 12 min cardio yesterday and my glutes are quite sore today so this was a nice stretch for me. Just want to say Im 55 yrs old and Ive done many different routines over the years. You are definitely my fav because you find new ways to challenge this old body of mine but in an efficient amount of time. I loved the old 20 minute workouts from the 80s for the same reason. I really like that this one was more chill. When I'm not feeling my best I feel like this routine is still very manageable so I can do this one instead of the super intense ones and still get a bit of a workout in every day.

I really loved this! As a ballet dancer, having all my muscles long and strong and stretched out is really important, and this gets the job done! the prayer pules was one of the hardest things I've done in my life, but fun.

I really needed this routine! I have been feeling so sluggish, stiff and have been absolutely NOT motivated to move, exercise and dance. I've been stressed and worried about so many things, it affected my daily routines. This routine really helped me RELAX, BREATHE and have FUN. Cassey plz never take this video down its literally the best workout for when im really not feeling it or when ive been slacking so im not as strong. I never feel bad about myself when i do it because i dont have to stop and it hit all the main muscle groups so if im still not feeling it after i dont feel guilty for not doing more. I absolutely love these slower Pilates style routines. I’m doing your March calendar right now and am so excited when I get to the body Pilates. It feels like such a workout but I feel like my old ballerina self again while doing it! Plus I enjoy the slow movement since it feels so hard but so elegant.

Lovely way to end day 16 of the beginner calendar! I feel like slow, graceful moves where you have to focus on what your fingers and toes are doing helps you push yourself when it gets hard, so I definitely appreciate this workout!

I've been almost doing Cassey's videos for almost 5 years and this video was a nice reminder to all the techniques you learn at the beginning and the little things you forget on your fitness journey. Love the slow pace in this one it makes it nicer to ease into the workout!

After trying so many videos.. I find that I respond better to this kind of workout, the slow precise excerises of Pilates compare to hard and fast of HIIT where I always get lightheaded and nauseated. Thank you for this!! More of this kind of workouts!! more power casie!! yeyyy

I really love workouts like this. It’s something simple and sustainable. I prefer fluidity in movements sometimes and this is just perfect! But what really makes this workout great is your energy, your positivity is everything. I really appreciated this video :-)

Really needed this today. Slow and technique-based with a very chatty Cassey. Didn't want to work out and wasn't feeling great mentally but doing this really helped me turn my day around. So so so appreciate it, thank you!

Cassey can I just say you're the perfect role model for girly-girls/femmes/princesses because you are so happy and positive and you flaunt your beauty/nails/clothes/etc in a way that makes other girls feel good too! you exude inspiring confidence and constantly encourage others and never bring other women down. I hope all young femme children grow up like you! that's super cool in a society that creates mean cheerleader stereotypes in children's movies still lol

Day 3 of work from home, decided to start working out since I've been very sluggish. I was looking for low impact exercises but with lots of sweat. I picked a right one. It's been years since the last time I tried your workouts. Laughed desperately during the prayer pulses countdown but guuuuuurrrrl, I feel so refreshed right now. Thank you Casey. I giggled in some part while listened to you talking, it feels like hanging out with my friends 😂😂 thanks again Caseyyyy!
