Well its been a while but I finally had a chance to get the body work finalized on the Renault RE-20! (I really want to put this baby to bed!) This is the first video installment on the body assembly...more to follow.

Mark, nice to see the RE-20 nearly complete. I like the chrome heat foil in the engine bay, I should have done the same but I am not taking it apart now. I am resurrecting a JPS Lotus 72 at the moment as the orginal decals displayed horrible 'silvering' on the carrier film. The colour of the after market decals are incorrect as they are a mustard colour and should be gold as they were during the 1973 session. And they are VERY delecate, the pin-strips constantly tear and the JOHN of John Player Special disintergrated on one side of the corkpit bodywork. I had to paint it on by hand. Looks okay considering but that will be the side facing the back of the display cabinet. All the best, Dave.
