Something felt off about this episode, and it took me a moment to pinpoint why-Jason’s hat is the wrong color. This is too much. Major changes like this shouldn’t be dropped on us without warning. It’s going to take some time to recover from this.
Take dumps now segment, i was on the toilet for. Another tip for the draft is paying attention to the people in front of you, who they already have. if you have the 10th pick and want to take a qb in round 5, if team 11 and 12 has a qb already, take a wr or rb first who may not come back to you, then take the qb on the way back.
Ive been watching the show for a couple years now. But this is hands down my favorite episode. Spreading alot of knowledge and reassuring me all the same. Im definitely a much better FF player because of watching you guys. -Thanks
The first tip and trick for don't live in the past, you named 3 guys with Tua, Swift, Diggs. I had all 3 of those guys in my work league. I went from a top team to barely missing the playoffs
Last year i didn’t listen to every episode throughout the season and it affected the outcome of my season. I’m locked it this season, and ready to win multiple leagues this year!
Jermaine Burton is absolutely a big play guy and has a bright future, but Andrei Iosivas is the WR3 in 2024. He's playing out wide and in the slot and has become a massive security blanket for Burrow at camp while Chase has been "holding in." Burton is a dynasty pick right now, a redraft pick next year.
Stacks can even win championships when on terrible teams. I won multiple championships, over a two year run. with the Bortles/Evans stack. Seems like a hundred years ago.
My first year with the UDK! Question for you gentlemen. Could you add tiers to the flex spot? It would help me decide on who to pick when the players are at different positions. Thanks!
I like the answer about Gibbs because it will keep both players from dramatically changing ADP. Making Gibbs undraftable and Montgomery a much more likable draft pick.
Paul Pierced as a verb has been a term among my friends since the 08 finals, granted this was before we knew he pooped his pants. To Paul Pierce simply meant to fake an injury, or get hurt and return shortly there after with seemingly no issues. The poop really adds another layer to it though.
I remember one of the shows during JJetas rookie year where the guys were talking about how involved he looked or something and could be worth the pickup. I ended up picking him up that year and went on to win the ship due in big part to getting that pickup
I haven’t heard anyone toss out this theory but what would you think of the 49ers trading Aiyuk to the Raiders for Adams. I feel like it would make the most sense for both sides. The 49ers upgrade for now and the Raiders get younger. Would Aiyuk be opposed or what would be the major hold up?
RB doesn’t really help a stack. If he does well and gets two rushing TD’s, prob means the WR and QB didn’t get as much. Hurts more than helps. Just the QB and WR stack is beneficial. If QB does good, prob means he threw a lot to stacked WR
I absolutely love this show and will continue to be a faithful viewer...but if I have to hear about how Andy traded Tua to Mike last year one more time...I'm going to lose my mind. I'm most impressed how Mike hasn't asked Andy to stop bringing up the story on the show.
Had the chance to trade Keenan for Ceedee last year, but didn't take it. I made the champ but didn't win it all because my opponent had made a trade for him. Definitely my biggest regret from last year
The one thing I have a problem with a stack, strategically, is I am needing to reach for those QBs, especially when I'm near the end of beginning of drafts. Knowing that if I don't go for the QB then, they won't come back. It feels yucky.
My Question is since we’re talking about what the opposing coach will do against 4 WR sets/12 personnel, What is Monken gonna do to shake that hoodoo of Steve Spagnuolo off him? Has he learnt from his mistakes? While we can’t blame him for everything I do want to see him trust our run game and establish the run. And ultimately defeat Spagnuolo!
So i got a question about stacking. So in picking 11th and thats where i can get harrison. But its a keeper league and will have Mcbride in the 10th. Would you all get Harrison and then Murry or is the stack with tight end and qb good enough or just go all in?
I traded Tua after week 9. I was lucky enough to pick up CJ Stroud and Tank Dell off waivers after Anthony Richardson went down. It helped me win my division, but no championship.
My draft last year went cmc cedee Gibbs cooper Evans! I aquired drop dak! I’m a champion! Didn’t need to do anything after my draft lol! But I agree w you guys!
Does stacking also matter bc say you stack qb and wr you reduce the affect of an injury affecting ur team. for example if you have dak and ceedee if one of them gets hurt u are gonna see a reduction. but if you have ceedee and burrow you can be affected by a dak injury or a jamar chase injury.
