THANK YOU SO MUCH! I have tried 1500 different types of music to include guided astral projection meditation and this was the very first time. I was able to separate my astral body!!!!

Thank you for uploading something without music. The music and birds chirping or whatever is always annoying for me and i can never reach a clear mind. This, repetitive tone, is far more calming for me.

Im honest, i am very angry because i try it since many weeks. I lay on the bed stay calm and try to relax as much as possible. But everytime i just see some black shadows moving around and nothin happens. My body sleeps but i cant put some rope or anything else. I spent 40 minutes now complete relaxing but it just a loop I'm stuck. It is very frustrating to train like this and get this less results

It worked for me and quick! I'm not sure if it was more of a lucid dream or projection. Sometimes when I roll out of my body, I don't see my body. Today I did not see my body but was able to get out, went around my house, then outside and flew around (hitting the tree in my front yard). I then decided to go to my father's house but I didn't fly, I just imagined it and was there. I took a quick look around outside and made it through the front door and then ended up waking up. When I woke up, I wasn't even half way through the binural track! Definitely a keeper! I will be subscribing! Ty for the awesome content!

The first time i astral projected was by accident 5 years ago. I didn't even know what it was, I had never meditated, i wasn't spiritual or had any interest or knowledge about it. But after it happened it was a revelation, I knew something very special had happened. Then I started astral projecting regularly, however for the past year now, it just wont work! Anyone know why it would just stop?

I can literally see my phone and hands moving with the beat without them actually moving. That’s my sign of a good binaural beat

this is very powerful i was shifting during the day, this does to hurt my ears and this actually puts me in a deep sleep. this is a real theta beat I don't know why other videos are doing wrong...but you are doing it right
