Humans will live forever after death. This life is temporary. True life is the life after death. Once we die our creator will again resurrect us on the Judgment day.And on that day if you have believed in Allah and have followed his book Quran then you will be succeed in hereafter life. God Almighty says, “Did you think that We had created you in play (without any purpose) and that you would not be brought back to Us?” (Quran 23:115) From above verse, we can conclude, we were indeed created for a purpose beyond that of simply play and enjoyment in this life. We have the purpose of life that we should know and have to live life according to that purpose. God almighty describes purpose of this life, I have not created the jinn and the men except for this that they should worship Me. I do not ask any sustenance of them, nor do I ask them to feed Me. Allah Himself is the Sustainer, Possessor of power and might. Quran 51 (56-58) From the ayah, it is clear that the creation of humans, as well as jinns, is for the purpose of worshiping Allah Almighty. We believe that there is only One Creator Who created us and we acknowledged Him, we all know that He created us (humankind) to serve Him. There is a reason behind the creation of this world and humankind. If you worship Allah then it's for your own benifit. Because we don't have that much power. Allah sustains us. He feed every single creature on the face of the earth. We all are dependent on Him. God almighty says, We have not created the heavens and the earth and whatever lies between them merely in sport: We have created them with the truth, but most of them do not know. For the resurrection of them all, the appointed time is the Day of Decision. Qur'an 44 (38:40) The day of Decision means the day of Judgment when Allah almighty will gather all Mankind starting from First to the last. Allah almighty will resurrect them which means Allah will give us life after death. And on that day if you have believed in Allah and have followed his final revelation Qur'an then we will be given eternal life in Paradise. Hereafter life is the eternal life either in Hell or Paradise depending upon the good deeds.Hereafter life is true life we all should work for that life not for that which is temporary. The people of Paradise will visit one another, recognise one another and meet one another in the Gardens of delights. This is part of the perfect delight of the people of Paradise. There is nothing to prevent someone of a lower status in Paradise from visiting one who is above him, as also happens in this world. God almighty speaks about life after death, As regards those, who believe and do good deeds, We will admit them into Gardens underneath which canals flow, wherein they will abide for ever. This promise of Allah is true and who can be truer in his word than Allah? Qur'an 4 (122)

My grandma is 97, lives by herself in her house. As I live abroad, we talk on the phone. We spend easily 2 to 3 hours. She mainly talks and I listen, because she likes to talk about the old times, her childhood before the war, then during the war, then after the war when she met my grandpa, etc…. We also talk about cooking recipes, what we watch on tv, the family, the neighbors, etc….

It’ll not just the diet… Look at his mental framework, he’s the ultimate optimist! Also: he does only 2 meals per day and undergoes a long period of fasting; his mantra “when hungry, drink a glass of water “. He kept himself physically and mental active. He uses food to support his whole being and therefore he needs small portions of very nutritious foods. Look how frugal his food stack was; he has massive respect and appreciation for food. It’s the combination of all these dimensions that got him to 100 years. Not just one thing… ❤

Summary of advice given by Dr. John Scharffenberg: 1. Eat at the proper time, avoid snacking, and consume a variety of natural, non-processed foods in quantities for ideal weight. 2. Follow a vegetarian or lacto ovo vegetarian diet, emphasizing a variety of plant-based foods. 3. Avoid tobacco and alcohol. 4. Engage in regular exercise and maintain a healthy weight. 5. Be cautious of excessive meat and sugar intake. 6. Control high blood pressure and high blood cholesterol. 7. Prioritize lifestyle changes over medication, especially for cardiovascular health. Other interesting facts shared in the video: 1. Dr. Scharffenberg is a 99-year-old Adventist vegetarian. 2. Studies have shown an association between increased meat intake, particularly beef, and higher risk of lymph gland cancer. 3. Avoiding seven lifestyle risk factors can significantly reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke, and diabetes: tobacco, alcohol, inactivity, overweight, excessive meat consumption, excessive sugar consumption, high blood pressure, and high blood cholesterol. 4. Cholesterol level alone is not a reliable indicator of heart health, and lifestyle factors have a significant impact on cardiovascular disease risk. 5. Controversies exist in the field of nutrition, including conflicts of interest and lack of nutrition education for doctors. Informational sources and authors mentioned: 1. Dr. Alan Cunningham - Author of books on longevity and the association between meat intake and lymph gland cancer. 2. True North Health Center - A health center known for medically supervised water fasting. 3. Cochrane Database - A group of top specialists in different subjects, known as the gold standard for evaluating research. 4. Ellen White - A figure believed to be a prophet in the Seventh Day Adventist tradition, who advocated for two meals a day.

I am curious to learn a lot more and finally have time to ponder the great questions ;-). I agree with all the good doctor says, he has the right mindset and a positive, generous attitude, I only would like to add: yes, the doctors rarely have time to ask about lifestyle, mental health, nutrition these days ...I thought with what I am studying I could encourage people of my age and the young just as well to take charge of their lives, all the points mentioned plus not to forget: community and purpose, self-efficacy, courage, curiosity, empathy. However I realise that many men and women of all ages expect the doctors and the pharmacy to provide the quick fix. The knowledge and information can be found .. but has to be applied.
