Its depends on you only... I always do with bare feet only... Where we are doing that surface is also matter... no pain at all for me... do as per your convenience with or without shoes... ultimately jumping is important

It depends on your body fat percentage ma.. not about total body weight... first start to have correct diet with any workout to see good result. Avoid processed food and carbs . I have posted a yoga video for PCOD also. Check it in fitness and yoga playlist

Don’t force yourself.Start with less counts and then increase your counts step by step. Initially you may feel some pain then it will reduced.

i do 1000 in ten minits bare foot , did for a month then skipped it , most of the jump rope groups are americans ,just surfing someone our tamizh doing this , please give some tips to do this daily , i need some motovation

Doing 1000 skipping jumps in just 10 minutes is great job bro👍🏻 assign a same time to do it every day... It helps you in building a habit of this. But If you want to do it as regular fitness, I do recommend you to mix up your activities like skipping, running , Abs&core exercises etc to get more benefits
