This might be my new fave of yours. Usually I've been doing two of your videos a day to get in 10k steps, but I love that I can just use this one and then catch my other 2k steps doing other things. Thank you!
Haven’t done a 60 min workout in so long! Burned 530 calories. Loved the various music and getting an ab workout at the same time. My shoulders hated me but I needed this!
This is EXACTLY what I need today! How do you know!!!😂 I opened utube like "hmm which workout will I do today" then saw this and jumped right in without hesitation, thank you so much ❤ Some of the exercises seemed not to be hard but doing those for 60sec instead of 40 AND without rest can still be challenging!

Wow, ELENI ..... this was intense, awesome, challenging, fun, fast, sweaty, brain-work-too ... I totally LOVED this. You can really put together a monster-power workout. When I saw this, I thought, hmmm--I'll see how I feel after 20mins. But I kept going, I almost couldn't believe it. I guess your other workouts have prepared me for this NEXT LEVEL workout. Finished the routine tonight. The 60 seconds and no pause was challenging. I manged to hold the short quad stretches with one hand without putting my foot down. That was the first time.

As a dancer, I really enjoyed this workout. The cha cha steps were perfect. I think Eleni must be a dancer. All of the moves are perfectly coordinated between arms and legs!

Мои часы показали 4000 шагов, большая часть тренировки прошло во второй пульсовой зоне, то что надо для сжигания жирков. Это уже третья тренировка с этим каналом. Наконец-то норм музыка, счётчик пикает заранее, заранее видно упражнение и внизу сколько осталось до конца. Уровень не супер сложный, но и не лёгкий. Очень нравится, спасибо ❤
What can I say !! Another excellent excellent workout !! Whenever you think this si the best one … then another one hits and this is the new best workout .. until the next one 😂 some moves were not easy to do for me but this is only because I have like zero rythm but I could easily replace by other Eleni ´s movements ! I was saving this long workout for the proper moment. Today my neighbors are out and I finally have the time. Thank you for offering this great workout. Just one thing: The excercise right before the second water break: As someone who has trained kick boxing a lot I would recommend to jab with the arm on the opposite side of the stabilising leg becaus otherwise one will train to get into a very weak position. You can easily be pushed over in this position to me personally using opposite body parts feels better and my brain gets trained to this feeling. I truly validate you inserting kick boxing elements since fitness training profits from in on so many levels. Interestingly it is hard for me to incorporate the dance move, thank you for providing me with this kind of variety to get out of my comfort zone.
Excellent workout with various exercises, including latin dance and other treats 😍 The exercices are practised longer than usual, so you have all the time to polish them off, and time seems to fly. Challenging, but not so hard, and lot of fun.

I did a 60 minute workout with Eleni and it was amazing! I like the dance training in the second part the most. In addition to sweating, you can also learn in a different way.❤
