That thing goes straight back to idle after he gives it a rev. That’s a damn good tune he’s got going in there, no dipping or anything, just straight back to idle.

@@thatguy6214 only dummy is you. lots of cars boosed or not will high idle after an agressive rev, especially carbed cars, due to a momentary overfuel. its also definetly not "constantly in boost"

thatguy6214 superchargers have what’s called an Idle Air Bypass Valve so at idle, it’s running off of engine vacuum. When the throttle blade is closed, the engine relies on engine vacuum so it can idle correctly. if you have constant boost even at idle, your PCM will be dumping a lot more fuel than what is necessary, creating a high idle. That’s why when you have an N/A car and you have a vacuum leak, your car idles rough because the PCM is dumping fuel to accommodate for that extra air being sucked in.

Ha I gotta say the most impressive part of this video (and not knocking the car at all, it's awesome) is that it's been finished for 7 years and isn't sold or f'ed up and the dude isn't over it he still digs it that hard. This car is on point! And daaaaaamn nice interior, it's got that sound system, exhaust note, that silky smooth burnout/ doughnut combination mixed with a little wall tap, and he brings THATS A WRAP! To a perfect delivery... Maaan this guy comes prepared, with everything but a gas pedal.

SkRT they wouldn’t be entertained for too long. This is cool because is not common to see a crazy 1,000HP classic car with a nice interior do donuts. Most cars that swing it at sideshows are close to stock or are just buckets.

I’m here to say that y’all are raising the bar for real car enthusiasts shows. No boring bolt-on parts walkthroughs, no more scripted step 1 step 2 YOU CAN DO THIS AT HOME dialogue, just real car guys showing off badass machines and getting out and playing like we all do on the weekends with our buddies. I would love to see some more beer with episodes too though!! Like Vin, Scotto, John, Zack, Dan, all would be cool vids!
