In today's video we head down to the Kipchoge Stadium here in Kenya for my first progression run, as i continue the return to running, following my femoral stress response. I go into a bit more detail as to how I've been able to maintain a good level of fitness throughout this injured period by using the elliptical and bike in the gym- monitoring my training load using the Coros training hub.
