this was actually a requested video :) thank you all for watching!! do you have any exams coming up or are you waiting/started your summer holidays? ☀️☀️
For me what I do is I either do a pomodoro or watch a video like this. Since it’s 16 minutes, I tend to make a goal like finishing a sheet for tution in that time! Also I’m doing fractions
when im stuck on a question, i usually just draw a small star next to it so then it separates it from the rest so then i won’t forget to do the question :))
Thank you for your informative videos ❤ I watched your 11+ video and sorry in advance for all the questions 😣 🔹What would you suggest if 11+ level is too complicated for my child, what level shall we start with? Is to start on like 8-9y and make our way up? 🔹For a child to pass does he has to go all the way to 11+ for aged 13y? 🔹Do you get tested on the spelling? 🔹I didn’t study in the UK, what’s the difference between SAT’s & 11+ ? 🔹which books did you get for the 4 courses? The ‘how to’ + the practise test+ the study books’? Or just the how to & practise is enough? Thanks a zillion 🌷
From my experience i would say start getting read in year 4 i am pretty sure you might. SATs is an exam that you do in a state school only that is sent to your highschool to see how you are doing at the ed of year 6 and the 11 plus is an exam that you do at the beginning of year 6 to get into a grammar school.seh has the books in her description but she used cgp and bond.
i passed the 11+, getting 171th out of 240th.(out of 393) i'm happy w my score (only bc i didnt aim for a score lol). tbh, i didn't really have a routine.. i got a tutor and went there for 10 months (2 tutoring groups each weeks) - and this helped! i also did the mock, but it isntt necessary, my mock didnt help as much because i knew how the exam was like, and in the real exam i got 60 questions on maths. anyway, apart from the tutoring, i lowkey in the summer holidays usually just rested, only doing like 10 mins of revising a day. edit 4 months later: i passed into the hardest school (in my area) ! so if you get a score like mine and you were aiming for the first school, just wait till u get ur real results back since you might be accepted tips: - in the exam, dont keep stressing etc - dont compare scores to others, after the exam stay quiet about it!! it helped me as my friends got 50th and under, but i was happy w/ my score - might sound dumb, but READING!! not reading small , tiny easy books. use books w good words, and that will help!! - if u dont have a tutor, i recommend your parents doing the basics etcc. hope these helped x
@@HiiBreukshjv no you don't , if you do thats REALLY REALLY good.. but no! you just do as much as you can and know, and then in a month or so they'll rank where you get and email it to you.
Hiii, I'm going to do an exam only on verbal reasoning and non verbal reasoning. Could you please give me some tips. I can't find many online recourses so could you please send me some? Thanks 😊
yes, as the person above recommended, bond and cgp books are probably the best. i wouldn’t suggest buying sample papers from the stores since there’s so many online !
Hello, could you tell us how much time you get for each question for nvr, the time limit and the amount of questions you get changes year on year but for each question you should get the same amount of time.
How was your exam? Are there tips you can share for Bexley GL pls? My Bexley GL exam is next year as I’m in year 5 now but I’ll like to prep mentally in advance .
