cube nets (nets that u fold into a cube) was soo hard to me and i still struggle imagining it in my head sometimes but i recommend practicing making cutting out a cube net and folding it. it helped me sm!!

did you pass the test? Could you please tell me what type of questions they ask? I am really worried because I barely study, I can't even afford books or websites, and I don't have a printer to print out free mock tests. If you could help me, I would really appreciate it.

@@user-re7jh7ns3rhi i use chuckra and i think its free all u have to do is put on a email make account and password then thats it chuckra helps with a lot of things and jf ur struggling they have tutorials

Hey , thanks for the video, but making notes does kind of help, just because you didn't use notes doesn't mean we don't have to use notes! Maybe your not a visual learner! Anyhow great video!!!

the title of this video is how i personally passed it so i was just stating my opinion but i think the most important tip is to use the method that works for you!! so if note taking works for you go ahead !! ☺️

MY QUESTIONS: Did you find revising for GL easier than CEM? What did you pack for your test? Do you think a tuition would have made you get a higher mark? Could you leave a vocabulary list or a link to one in the description? What's your favourite topic out of the 3 or 4 topics? If you were to have any regrets whilst studying what would it be? How did you not get distracted? When did you start preparing? Did you follow any type of routine, if so what is it? Did the 11+ help with your SATS? What was the hardest/most challenging think you had to learn? I have mine in Sep 2021 :)

TYSM :)) going to urmston grammar when i do the exam this year!! i use 11+ diy online and i go to tuition so i have lots of homework :D CGP is my favourite book to practice on. im rlly nervous so i hope i pass because i revise 2-4 hours everyday and it’s really helped me and im a lot faster now so make sure u practice!!

i only make notes for maths skills because i forget how to do it sometimes so looking over maths notes makes me remember how to do it!! 💞💞 i feel like maths is the easiest subject to forget the methods of and i don’t want to get into the situation where idk what to do so i make notes for maths to avoid that

mock exams are helpful if you don't know how the flow goes; just so you get used to how it will be! 💕

yes timed past papers or actual mock exams in centres are really good ways to improve

Hey, nice video! I've decided to prepare for a grammar school but the problem is I started preparing at the end of Y6. I've come from a foreign country at the end of y5, so I didn't really know what would happen with secondary school since we had so many finance problems on our minds. Right now I've decided to start preparing for grammar school. Everyone I meet has been preparing since y5/y4, so will I make it? What do you think? and if so, any tips on how to actually push yourself and organize yourself to get work done every day even after school? Thanks!

Hello! I know this vid is old but I have a question I only started in year 5 and I'm really under prepared! How many pages a day should I do?

I started in late year 5 but I passed by 8 marks. I did 1 hour studies and split them into 30 minutes taking 15 minutes breaks. You might be nervous but make sure you take breaks but still study consistently if you want to pass.

I’m in year 5 as well. At school I do 7 pages (for math) and a page for English (but it depends but stories about 2 pages) so I say you should do like 5-6 pages since year 5 is the last year
