I rented a Penske truck when I was moving from California to Texas, every time I stopped for the night, I would put a steering wheel lock on the steering wheel. I had a lock on the cargo door thats hard to cut. Nothing happened to that truck.

I recall a dude in the Florida keys when it came to my first place trying to steal during the unloading of a uhaul at 10pm and when he got caught he claimed he was from ocean walk apartments, claimed that he thought I was unloading garbage and when I asked why was he trying to grab the 3 in one jump starter he claimed it was for wiring issues. Dude had that grin the one when a person get caught doing something stupid and on top of that thought he was gonna play the waiting game hoping I would take off only for me to wait for him to drive off in that town car of his. Dude didn't live there, wasn't there to go visit someone sort of like that neighbor I had the got caught during a raid elsewhere where he acted like he owned the place, even was vile enough to tell me my ex was "cool" because she dumped me and on top of this had his little goon which cps need to act on pronto try to case out the place when a camera caught him dismantling porch lights which can explain why that entire block is pitch black at night

Boy, people get upset when someone comments 'usual suspects' . The guy arrested was Caucasian and charged with 'receiving' so apparently he didn't steal the truck, and the police know it. He's still a POS imo, and deserves some jail time..but how come Locust Grove PD can't identify the white car? You cannot get on I-75 N without going thru multiple camera zones, Locust Grove exit is covered up. Plus it's over 45 miles to ATL on the interstate, how could it not be picked up by one of the tag readers on I-75N ?
