Tammy.... I love these bible studies more than I can say. My Dad was hospice bound just 4 days ago and he was on SO many prayer chains-tonight,he is on his way to rehab INSTEAD of hospice. All four nights I watched your prayer groups all night long. Such a comfort to me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Healing prayers for your head and good result prayers from MRI. I believe God is in control of those results-and he just isn't through with you yet! We all need you to much. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Tammy take a teaspoon or more of mustard which has magnesium in it and within 30 seconds your cramp will go away. Works for me Everytime. I've even asked for it in two different restaurants when I was out, and the waitresses happily brought it to me. I take packages with me when I travel and keep a small bottle of it in my jelly cabinet in my bedroom, so that if I get a cramp in my leg or foot during the night I can take it,and it quickly goes away so I can get back to sleep...try it , it works... Thats why Jesus came to fulfill the Law.We are not able to keep the Commandments with out what Jesus the Christ and His finished work at the Cross.amen.He came to do away with the law as the way man views it.But that by sanctification of Gods Spirit we are able to walk in Grace which fulfills the Law.Love your Bible studies amen.

That MRI contrast will make your head hurt.... But also hearing that banging noise while in the MRI will add to having a headache..... Hope you feel better soon ......And prayers that your tests come back good...

I’d love to see more make up and hair tutorials. Not that I don’t love your teachings but I also love the personal side of you. I really miss my Mama and Mamaw so much. I also lost my older sister of breast cancer a few yrs ago. It’s so very hard but one thing that does give me peace and that is that I know they are in Heaven. It would be much worse if they weren’t saved. I know exactly what you mean about our Husbands pouting! Lol 😂 I think all men pout! But I am fortunate to have a wonderful husband of 20 yrs now and we don’t have to talk each others head off either. We love to lay in bed with our separate lab tops and not say anything. That doesn’t mean we aren’t close but it means we don’t have to talk all the time to know how close we are. I guess that comes with years of being together Tammy... lol - oh and by the way, we watch The Vikings too. We also watched the Game Of Thrones when it was on. One series that is absolutely wonderful and that is “ Outlander!” You really have to watch that series Tammy! The Outlander is a really good series that once you start watching the first few episodes your hooked! I’m not much on TV series but I do watch those three with The Outlander being my favorite. It’s a lot like Vikings in a way because it is real history. But there is also a really beautiful romance within it as well. At least watch three episodes before you decide it’s not for you . I think Chris would really enjoy it as well.

If you get Charley horses during the night, try putting a bar of soap in the bed between your sheets near your feet. It sounds crazy but Dr. Gott who has a column in some newspapers wrote about this years ago. I tried it and it works!

Pickle Juice helps a lot with Charlie horse cramps!

Hey Tammy, your bible study on the commandments was good. My Senior Pastor can pinpoint in Gods word Jesus birth pretty close to December 25th.

Thank You Ms. Tammy! You know I have systemic lupus, fibromyalgia,High blood pressure, depression and severe panic attacks that happen at any given time and has been happening at least once a day for the last week!! If you’ve never experienced a severe panic attack before then it’s hard to explain to you how miserable they are! They are debilitating for sure! But, I read that people who have severe panic attacks need to be checked for Adrenal Tumors. I never heard this before and wondered if you or anyone else has? I also wonder why I have been suffering from these panic attacks for decades and my doctors have never mentioned checking me for adrenal problems at all... Any way... my prayers are with you and please pray for me as well! Thanks so much!

Catholic's ask the Saints or past love ones to pray for us or to pray for someone else. Much like you praying for a friend or you asking for someone to pray for you. It is not the same prayer that is made to God, Jesus or the Holy Spirit.

You are fortunate that Chris has a handle on spending. I would be happy that he is responsible with ya'lls finances. The divorce rate is so high b/c ppl do "verbal vomit." They just puke up any cruel remarks b/c they are mad and it makes them feel better.....though how calling someone you are married to names, and that eats away at relationships....and causes problems with your kids.....and on and on and on. It is a very selfish, immature way to "fight." I won't even call it communicate. It's tools of the devil. The Lord knew what he was talking about when he admonished us to "19 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: 20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: 21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also." Matthew 6:19-21 I hope your head feels better. I know how miserable migraines are. Get some rest and catch up with your sleep! Love ya~
