Introducing 12 days of Fitmas! I'm giving you 12 progressive workouts from my 30-day Elevate 2 program. These workouts are designed to elevate your at-home training using your body weight and minimal equipment. You will build, strength, endurance, mobility and stress-relief with 2 progressive yoga flows that are intended to help you release your body from each workout. The workouts are designed in 3 circuits, you will perform each exercise of every circuit back to back with little to no rest in between and complete all sets before moving to the next.

amazing workout, just what I needed for a Monday!!! just a tip, you could give us more verbal instructions when switch sides because its not every time that we are looking to the screen while we are doing the exercise. Or maybe counting down with some loud signs? thank uuu

Omg I love this .. I’m so glad I ran across this, you’re such a beauty and your physique is amazing. I joined the NAVY a couple months ago and I’ve gained 20lbs in bootcamp from what they fed us and I couldn’t work out every day like I used to. I feel set back in my progress and I’ve lost the definition I was getting but Im really thankful that you have these workouts I can do from the barracks.. Your results SHOW. Awesome workout!!! I had my kids screaming " I AM NOT A QUITTER!!!" Just a mild suggestion, when we alternate sides in a set can you give the command to "Switch sides" Kinda got lost alternating sides.

This is from my Elevate 2 program. My Elevate 1 program is my most beginner program and is my most gentle program, while still being effective. It's a mix of full body workouts and yoga mobility flows. Be sure to come back for day 3, though, because I am releasing a mobility flow that could be great for you to jump in on! I need some extra help with the mental cues for the retro reach please. It felt awkward and I couldn't feel my glutes much. thanks. The cues for the lunges were extremely helpful for me by the way. Felt like I performed the best lunges ever. :)

Lean forward slightly at the hips and think of keeping the reaching leg rotated parallel and sending "energy" out of your heel with each rep, fully extending the leg. I'm glad the lunge cues were helpful for you!

Safe is relative to each person. Generally, while staying active is amazing for expecting mamas, it's recommended to not do anything more strenuous than you were doing pre-pregnancy. Of course, checking in with your healthcare provider is always a good idea and highly recommended. This workout is HIIT-based and mostly bodyweight. Depending on your current core strength, you may wish to modify any forward planks or push ups, so as not to aggravate diastasis recti and always be aware of engaging your core properly! Happy to answer any further questions. :)
