I've been doing this for months now and honestly, it's amazing. I did lose some weight and my body became so much more active, I feel way healthier. I do this every morning in bed and I've noticed changes in my body. Some tips though, you should take longer breaks, just pause the video, don't force yourself too much. And when they say repeat 20 times for each leg, you go 10 times this one, 10 times the other, come back to this one then 10 times the other to finish. Don't go 20 times a leg(in one go) if you can't! One important thing, I believe in you and you will make it!
thank you, this is really helpful advice and it is helpful that you mentioned it helped you overall. this routine looks like a lot of work, it's helpful to know i won't be wasting my time by doing this
Weight (62) height 165.5 Week1 (btw i do extra ones too) : Day 1✅ quite good not much difficulties Day 2✅ harder than day one Day 3✅ i feel good Day 4✅ (61.6kg). Day 5❌ i couldn't because i was busy Day 6 ✅ it felt much better thank God. Plus i can see my stomach getting flatter And some exercises felt much easier than day one Day 7 ✅ (60.8kg) did some stretches and extra 110 jumping Jacks, 40 russian twists and 45 hip dips I did more than 2exercises on your channel everyday, i weight 57.2kg rn (after a month) And Roberta I just wanted to tell you that you're my new favorite person, the way your reply to everyones in the comments and the hard work in your videos are immaculate, i literally love you, you're so kinda and positive, i hope you live your best life and to the fullest ofc🤍
I am gonna do this everyday from now on thanks for a bedtime scheduled workout plan . EDIT: I LOST 2.5KG BY DOING IT EVERYDAY BEFORE BED ACTUALLY! FOR 2 WEEKS. *RECOMMENDED* *HECKING* *RECOMMENDED*
@JustJo I actually changed my diet too, all I did is to avoid sugar, or any soft drinks or cakes, I recommend you to do this ! Its really awesome! and amazing I am so happy, about myself hope u will be soon too! Wish u luck!
Akanksha Tembhurne I didn’t and i had similar results to hers (2.3kg) Just don’t eat stupidly unhealthy. Eat only when you’re hungry and it doesn’t rly matter what it is
I've been doing this daily for 2 weeks with a roughly 1400 calorie diet/hydrating and some additional light exercise (walking for 15 min a day and maybe one additional 10 min Roberta video every other day). I've lost 5 lbs. 205 lbs->200 lbs. If anything, it gets you motivated to be active and in the mindset to continue being healthy. You can feel yourself getting stronger each day, which is great! I also deal with upper neck and back pain/tension and moving around like this is helping with that a lot. If you can't do all the reps, even just try for half. Some activity is better than none! Good luck on your fitness journey. Stay the course!
I love your spirit, Emarilys! Thank you for sharing this. I hope you had fun working out today. Simply keep doing what you are doing, and I am confident that you will reach your fitness goal. Good luck and stay positive!💪
Haha Mriganka I guess a lot of people do! 😀But congrats for finishing the workout! It's good that you exercise - and if you do it regularly (everyday) you will see results! Good luck 💪❤️
It’s my first week of me doing this & I feel so much better & have visible muscles . I don’t weigh myself but I’m also visibly thinner & I do this in bed . It’s actually really easy & gets easier in time so I just do longer reps 😁
I been doing them just forgot to update but I’ve missed some days but I go to the gym and put some work in either way but just got done doing the video right now
That's fantastic, Maya!! So happy you're seeing results with these workouts. Now you understand that fitness is a way of life really - because it motivates you and makes you feel happier, stronger and more energetic. Wishing you the best of luck and please don't stop, keep going everyday! 💪❤️
I have Vertigo, and exercising is very difficult. So today that I'm feeling a little better I tried this and I'll be definitely be doing this every day.
I have a long road the last year with 11 heart procedures. Lost 45lbs and a lot of muscle mass. I used to compete in nationwide judo competitions and could squat 450lbs in my daily routine. Now I can do about 10,000 steps a day. Came across this video for a way to get back into shape. Can’t wait to try
Welcome to the family, fgjunior2000! I am glad to know that you decided to start doing the workout. Feel free to share your progress here. We can't wait to hear more progress and your results after you do this work out. Keep going and keep exercising. See you here again tomorrow! Good luck and Happy workout! 💪
I’ve been doing this for 2 days now here’s what I’ve been doing: - I created a chart for a 1 month everyday exercise -I started to make to-do lists and put exercise on it. All of this has been helping me continue to try to stay healthy while I’m home from school for 3 weeks because of March break and covid-19
@@r.rukiyeee theres no problem 😭 op said they got three weeks off for spring break and covid, however this was right before quarantine, so the three weeks was more like 5 months 💀
I did this, lower abdomen one and flat stomach one. Also maintained a proper diet . It was july, 2020 when I was thinking to do something to reduce some fat. Back then, I was a teen ager of 60 kg. My current weight is 46 ( yeah my BMI is ideal) . To those who are worried to take initiative , don't think too much. It will take time, patience. But if you are dedicated enough, you will achieve your goal 🌻
Probably a lot. But it doesnt matter where you do it, what's important is that you actually do it. Good luck, stop procrastinating, and start doing!❤️💪
I am into this! I have decided to do this for a week! Vl be updating! Day 1: did 14 mins of this workout💓 Day 4: did 14 mins again! 💓 Had been lazy in btwn
As a chubby 13yr old I find this helpful as I’m to scared to work out in public and tell my parents that I’m working on getting skinny , this is js so helpful I can’t thank you enough bc now I don’t have to make so much noise js trying to loose my stomach fat
Remember, every workout is a step towards a healthier, happier, and stronger you. Every time you work out, you're one step closer to becoming the best version of yourself. Keep pushing yourself and your body will thank you for it. You can do it! I can't wait to hear your progress and results. Good luck and Happy workout! 💪
Why wouldn't you tell your parents you are trying to be healthy? That's very commendable. My son & I work out together and he pushes me! ( He is 15). Keep up the good work because healthy and being in shape are positive goals!
It's great to do both! But for better results why don't you try focusing on the exercise and then read the comments after? Good luck, Bianca! You can do it!❤️💪
Day 1 of doing workout. I feel pretty active and energetic now! Some of the Exercises were pretty hard, but I’m sure it will get better! Hope to see results soon!

@@NaBil-hy7su Well, some of them are research and I hope this helps :) So basically, after waking up, I tend to stretch a bit, do warm-ups, and start washing my hands, face, and drinking water. So I do all the workouts shown in the video, but I basically take 30-35 seconds break time. I also have balanced meals. For balanced meals, this is sometimes what I eat: -Protein: Lean meats, poultry, fish, tofu, beans, and dairy. -Carbohydrates: Whole grains like brown rice, quinoa, oats, and whole wheat bread or pasta. -Fruits and Vegetables: Vitamins, minerals, and fiber. -Healthy Fats: Avocados, nuts, seeds, olive oil, and fatty fish like salmon. Portion Control: Pay attention to portion sizes to avoid overeating. Don't starve yourself because if you do, you will end up eating a lot in the next hour or day due to how hungry you are. So try to balance it :) Use visual cues like your hand or specific measuring tools to guide portion sizes. Regular Meals and Snacks: Have balanced three meals per day with healthy snacks in between if needed. Don't drink too much soda; check the calories of what you eat to see if it's too much for you. Take a walk for at least 30 minutes or an hour, do your favorite hobbies, and in the evening, do this exercise again :) Lastly, don't be insecure; nobody is perfect. You, them, and I are pretty/handsome just the way we are. We are all different, so don't compare yourself to someone else. Good luck with your journey 💗
Day 1 (April 26th) : it's fun. I'm all sweaty but found it easier than all those Chloe Ting and Emi Wong workouts. It's not painful but I feel my muscles buzzing.
I don’t have a mat I am 12 year old girl I am not fat to much but I am little bit I am run every day drink water eat healthy fruit if you’re hungry watch video like hoe to make healthy eating stuff ok thank you I can do this and my name is hani I am from India but I am coming American now thank you love you
Let's go, vibcy lemos! I am glad to know that you decided to start doing the workout again. Feel free to share your progress here. We can't wait to hear more progress and your results after you do this work out. Keep going and keep exercising. See you here again tomorrow! Good luck and Happy workout! 💪
@@ebonyc381 yes. weeks before i started the session, i'm already controlling my food intake (rice, sweets, drinks) so that my body will not be shocked if i'm doing the exercises.when i started to notice the changes on my body's shape, i became obsessed and drastically changed my diet which is not good. No rice, just a slice of bread and oatmeal every morning and noon and I'm only drinking water at night. I doubled my workout session and combined it with other workouts too. I was brought to the ER because I felt numb all over and I couldn't move. 2 weeks ago, my weight was 73 kilos (1 year after I gave birth) but now, I can see that my stomach is not bloated as it used to be 2 weeks ago. I'm still eating rice at this moment but I limit it to a maximum of 2 cups a day. In the morning, I'm doing this exercise, I did it also in the evening but with additional other workouts.
my point is, do not exhaust you body and choose a workout that suits for your body condition. since that incident happened to me before, I'm avoiding workouts that includes running and jumping.
that's actually a helpful tip. usually when people start to diet it's always cutting right off the bat. but hearing you had that unfortunate experience, i think i will take your advice and will try to change my diet gradually. ❤❤
*Me on my bed with mom* *Mom:* wakes up and says "what are you doin at night lemme sleep" *Me:* crying inside and replying to mom "i want to have a slim body like Roberta" 😭
Here’s me doing this for 1 week! Day 1- My mindset is positive and I felt pretty good about it! Also I am using a mat :) 💐🌈 Day 2- Already noticing some small differences! Still using a mat and the exercises were much easier to do today. My stomach hurt a little after it but I think I’m just hungry, can wait for tomorrow! 🍜🌷

Best workouts I've ever seen ! Love the way it's laid out. Love the rest times between exercises. I'm 58, overweight and completely unfit. I look forward to doing these after I warm up with chair yoga. I have arthritis and these are wonderful. Thankyou so much. There's been a lot of time and effort put into the production of these.

I actually did all the exercises in my bed - except for the plank, I did that one on the floor. 😅 Really easy, even for someone like me who just started working out! 😁
Regina Nox I think that's awesome! Congratulations on completing the entire workout! Not bad for someone who is just starting to work out. Keep going and keep exercising regularly (every day preferably) and you will see good results in the mirror! Good luck 💪❤️

Today is day idk 😂 will be doing this for 31 days everyday ... I actually did this on the floor since i have a bunk bed 😂... But will come back on may something to let you know how I'm doing 🙃💚 ... I had to push it back because skipped a few days 😂
Sometimes, I dont feel getting out of bed an exercising , and this is perfect for me , most of the times I do this right before sleep, beacuse it not very good to get up to do an workout, but with this I can do the exercise in my bed then sleep. If you are doing this right before bed whats the point to get up when you can do this workout. Keep going Roberta love your vids.
