@@rosefenton3005 I actually ordered some beet root powder from Walmart you mix one scoop with juice or a 16-20 oz bottle of water. I prefer to do the 16 oz so I can have more of the supplement. It tasted exactly like beets. Another thing I do is instead of drinking coffee in the morning; I drink ginger, lemon, cinnamon& cloves tea with a little honey. I drink it hot on an empty stomach . You can also add peppermint leaves to this as well. I also drink chia seed water with lemon slices without the peels. I only use one tablespoon of chia seed and let it sit for 20 minutes. It really has no taste but you have to get use to the seeds because they kinda gel up. After a week; I got use to drinking it. Do your research first but these are the things that I’ve incorporated into my daily routine. I have also used turmeric in my tea as well or you can drink the turmeric with black pepper. Cayenne pepper with black pepper is good also. You can also take 2 tablespoons of olive oil with a half of teaspoon with chia seeds, cayenne pepper, and black pepper just a dash of both before your meal. I hope this helps. 🫶🏾
Great information I mean great information and explained so well maybe you could do some thing on unclogging the arteries what to eat, what supplements to take, what exercises to do, and I’m sure whatever you do, we’ll be as great as the information I just wrote down Aloha from Hawaii
Every day I drink 1/4 teasp of organic cayenne powder in a glass of room temp clean water. Later 1 teasp organic turmeric powder, sprinkled w/ black pepper in clean water. Stir the concoctions well before u drink as it tends to settle at the bottom of the glass.
🤔 No soja products please! Did you know that most salmon sold on the market is full of chemicals? Enough vids out there telling the story about salmon “production” 🤷♀️ Residual 10 are fine in general just mind the contraindications please!
Wow, I didn’t realize how powerful certain foods can be in preventing blood clots. I’m especially intrigued by natto and pineapple! Thanks for breaking down the science behind it all-definitely subscribing for more health tips like these!
@@Beggars-Belief I can vouch for that. When checking my blood pressure at random spontaneous times I'll get the ideal pressures both diastolic and systolic. If not, it would read a few values higher or lower, nothing to be concerned about. But, during a period of taking generic aspirin and continuing the spontaneous checks, this resulted in ideal blood pressure readings more often.
Most of these increase body heat. Any other alternative that doesn't increase body heat? Many of these can also irritate the gut and digestive system for people with leaky gut or celiac disease
Very good but you forgot oatmeal natural yogurt and blueberries and staying hydrated because not drinking enough water can make your blood too sticky causing clots.
Tell me about, back in the day I would go days and weeks without drinking water because I always needed something with some flavor.my blood got so thick i had a TIA or whatever the letters are.Basically i had a mini stroke.it only lasted for a few minutes. But now water is my best friend.
All fruits and vegetables contain salicylates especially close to the skin of most foods. It's not something that should be toyed with, and can be harmful to people with digestive problems.
Cholesterol is not harmful to anyone but grapefruit certainly can be. Many medications warn against grapefruit. Our body makes cholesterol and our body doesn't make that, which is bad for us.
Before presenting your information, please learn how to properly pronounce your words. Your information about cinnamon is faulty. You are referring to the cinnamon that is most popular in American markets. Ceylon cinnamon does not have the dangerous substance that you mentioned. This is the proper one to recommend.
If you watched the video carefully without the urge to find faults where none exist you will see that I was talking about a compound called coumarin and not talking about any particular variety of cinnamon, whether true cinnamon (Ceylon) or cassia. The widely available cinnamon is the cassia variety, which has a large amount of coumarin, which can be dangerous when consumed too much. Ceylon variety is too costly and not as widely available. Highly "knowledgeable" people like you can know the difference between the cassia and ceylon but for ordinary folks like us both look similar. Thanks for highlighting my pronunciation in the most humble manner.
@@VisitJoyDon't be overly sensitive when you receive a criticism. If you're going to be doing videos you will receive a lot of praise as well as criticism. Responding in a pleasant way will go much further with teaching rather than being defensive. I appreciate the information you provide.
Do you like criticism most people don’t, but don’t mind dishing it out I’ve noticed! The trouble is many people don’t know how to criticise constructively to avoid putting peoples backs up, but you would if you were trained to work with small children......you point out something they have done well first and praise them for it, then say” there’s just one little thing here that you need to work on. The then knows you are on his side so will not get upset, guess what? It works with adults too! I was train to work and communicate with small children.
