I watch at least one of these videos daily and they’ve been helping me so much. I have a whole stretch playlist with your videos. I was in so much pain I couldn’t function or think other than to try and get out of pain
I also love the guided stretches bc with adhd even if I set a timer on my Alexa I’m doing something else I wasn’t sup to be Doug when the timer goes off

I love all your videos they are so very much useful to me . I suffer neck pain always and get wrist pain , i think the bone is enlarge or so I don’t know but my right wrist is so painful . Towards the thumb side . Also o have problem in the right scapula area pricking pain . I’ve started doing your exercises from today will yell you if i get relief. Thanks and God bless

from experience, if you stretch everyday it will start to not hurt at all! I used to hate stretching because of how it felt but once I got used to doing it it became so relaxing. keep up the good work!

Do you recommend doing this every day, or should this be something you should do a few times over short or long periods of time? I do ballet, and I hope to improve my flexibility
Any tips on not losing blood flow while doing these stretches 💀 I can hold them till the end but at around 30 seconds a part of my body start going numb
Hello, stretching exercises are really great for the body☀. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!
This is a great video and guided stretch! However, the ad right in the middle of stretch was ridiculous, as was having to get up out of the stretch to skip it
Hello. I'am 62, male, I am relative flexible (I'am proud of it 😉) and can do most of the exercise, but I'am obesity in the low range. I can't bind my shoes without breath correctly for example and can't do some exercise without have the feeling to asphixiate....I like stretch and dance. Outside regim I do with a nutritionniste, how can improve and do exercise reducing this feeling of asphixiate?
I don’t know why but it have been 3 days and all the other stretches doasnt hurt anymore but the shoulder stretch made my bones hurt so much 😢 pls tell me what is happening?
Its normal don't worry. Iy just means you've stretched a muscle and it's recovering/ rebuilding. Just rest it for now and stretch it every so often. Hope this helps!
I was able to do most of these until you got to the ones where you sit on your feet, I couldent do it, my feet felt like they were about to snap, was anyone else having this issue?
Oh ugh. I probably didn't notice because I was constantly scanning my own floor for giant bugs I've been seeing. I'm always wary of bugs when I have to get down on the floor.
Your instructions are not great. The one exercise you were facing away from the camera so I didn't know what you were doing. I'm a beginner and i didn't really feel impact
Yes it should hurt, but only the relaxing kind of hurt not the one that makes u stop The pain you're saying is supposed to happen during a hard workout not stretches an d even that should be muscle pain If you feel like it hurt in a wrong place, like the side of the knee or just below your knee cap, stop and do something else else you will be injured It's not that pain that makes you stronger physically. Sometimes you feel really good and it doesn't hurt much but that doesn't mean you haven't done well Its the tiredness you feel later and if you observe that you can do more repetitions, that's an improvement Don't look for the pain do hkw much you can, don't try to push more than you can 🙂 Releasing the pain will prevent injuries and that'll help you get stronger Pls don't injure yourself Hope you get what I mean ❤😄

This was not what I was looking for as far as a stretch routine. It was not really helpful for me after a workout. Also some of the poses were not comfortable for me. Maybe it's for some but not me.
