EMOM stands for every minute on the minute, which means that we will begin a new exercise at the top of every minute. The goal is to complete the allotted rep count for each exercise in under 1 minute, and then use the remainder of the duration to rest and setup your next exercise!
This is a simple emom workout that you can do at home using only resistance bands, and suitable for all fitness levels!
