This standing abs exercise is a great way to target your core muscles and get a great workout in a short amount of time. It's also a great way to burn some calories and tone your body. So follow along with this 12 minute abs workout!
The format of this workout is simple: 50 seconds on followed by 10 seconds rest. This no repeats workout is perfect when you want a killer core workout, but also want to burn a ton of calories at the same time - the perfect combo for toning and tightening.

well this was short but definitely sweet. incorporating some quick fire cardio with some standing abs was absolutely amazing. Nice workout for me tonight as i have a run in the morning. i am always impressed with the variety and ability to switch the mediums up between your workouts. great content as always Tiff and Dan. lifelong fan here.

Would love some modifications too! For upgrade and downgrade. I added ankle weights! Dumbells for atms would also be good to integrate. That stepped it up for me 🙃 but some downgrades too for fatigued feet/knees/ankles etc. Or my friend with an old injury etc.

You have to be in pretty good shape to do these exercises to get you into shape. No way I could do any of these for 50 seconds

Maybe try starting with 20 seconds or 30 seconds, and progress to getting up to 50 seconds, or search for beginner or intermediate routines. There’s loads of ideas on RU-vid and Pinterest for core routines. I’m a PT so feel free to ask me for exercise advice.

It's ok to take breaks if you're a beginner! These hiit workouts are supposed to be difficult and challenge you, just push yourself as hard as you can. Only thing you should do is your best :)

@Dan! Please make a strictly upper body with no equipment workout. I can only find full and lower body with no equipment. Even all of RU-vid has little to offer for upper body with no equipment. Please help!
