Here's a great practice based on Dr. Loren Fishman's study of the 12 poses for osteoporosis, but instead we are using a chair. So you don't have to get up and down from the floor! This is a great yoga practice to do every day! Remember to keep length in your spine and do not bend from your waist. Please have a yoga strap handy and place your chair on a yoga mat or make sure that the chair does not slip and slide.
