A friend of mine lifted his tacoma with spacers and it rides like crap. Gives me motion sickness when i ride passenger. The whole cab shakes and moves with every bump and uneven road.
Spacers are the problem. They have no give to them. I didn't want to get crazy on my Silverado so I did a leveling strut. It has the lift designed into it strut instead of adding a block of material that has no give to it.
Is it as stupid, dumb and dangerous as supporting a Governor ( Desantis) who is working to dismantle basic human rights and plunge your state into an fascist fantasy. MAGA is the most significant threat to America since the Southern rebellion.
It's not just Florida. We have that up in Ohio as well. I know a few shops around me and they won't even do the work for safety reasons. Thankfully it's only a small group of people doing it. Now if we could get rid of the larger group of fools making brodozers with wheels stocking 4" outside the wheel well I would be much happier.
The "respect all builds" trend needs to go away. Slammed trucks have always looked like shit. Go get a little ricer if you're trying to slam something.
I'm rocking a full 6 inch rough counter lift and the most important part is your tires I think tires are wear your can spend a lot ...got 35 inc Toyo mud grips on my truck
Good tires are expensive. There are a ton of cheap tires that are cheap for a reason. I've got 33" BFG KO/2 on my truck and they do good for most situations I will get into. They aren't exactly cheep at $300/tire.
I'd like a '68-'72 or '73-'87 GMC 2500 with a big ol' 8 or 12 inch lift (springs only, no blocks), clocked txfr case with deep crawl ratio, Dana 60s F&R with 4.88 R&P, and 39 or 42 inch Swampers. Oh, and with a 454 with forged internals backed by a built manual transmission!!!
you will learn nothing from watching this video... unsubscribed after a very very long time ... i use to watch these shows when they were on TV but they are less than useless anymore... fact is you have to know what you're talking about before you try to teach it to someone else... not just know it but be a master of your craft... not a watch one . do one . teach one ... kinda deal
Please enlighten us oh great one. What exactly gave you the perception that they don’t know why they’re talking about? I know a lot of what they said is basic knowledge but we all come from different skillsets…
