your videos were the first i watched when i decided to go on a healthy journey, and i gotta say out of all the content creators/fitness experts i've watched in over a year you are still the most relatable and realistic. Too often i see people on tiktok nor ig saying that in order to be healthy and lose weight you gotta stop obsessing with what you eat and "listen to your body", but for many people the problem is that listening to their bodies leads to eating unhealthy or overeating! it's almost like people either promote unrealistic diet and calories counting to the point of obsession or completely cut off diets and preach about eating whatever you want to. i think the difference stands in the metabolism and health condition of that person, many a lot of influencers have very fast metabolism and can "afford" to eat more, bc whenever i tried following their example i did not achieve the results i wanted! but you've always seemed so genuine and honest about all the pros and cons of diet!! maybe your journey cannot be applied to everybody (you achieved incredible results in the span of a month alone!) but the advice and motivation boost you give in every video is so helpful! so thank you a lot Michelle x)

actually, i have started my diet ever since the lockdown begins. i will have a very light meal as brunch like yoghurt with a wheat donut. and work out for 1.5 hour a day then a low calorie dinner. for 2 months, i only lost around 1~2 kg. i'm envy with your 10kg weight loss! idk what went wrong and my motivation to diet kind of die down because of that. T____T seeing your new video today, i hope i regain the confidence to try again.
Hi ! From what you wrote in your comment, it seems that you are in a calorie deficit that is too big for you to actually lose weight… I’d suggest eating around 1700 to 1500 calories a day and eating nutritious food, rich in vitamins, protein, fibers and carbohydrates :) you could also be at your lowest healthy weight and the fact that you can’t lose weight would be a way your body tells you it cannot lose any more… I’m no dietetician so take my advice with a grain of salt and please you make sure you do enough research before dieting to be sure it’s done safely ! Also sorry if they are any english errors, it’s not my first language ~ Good luck
a reason could be that you're not feeding your body enough calories, now i don't know your metabolism etc but what you eat doesn't seem much! your body needs fuel! in order to improve your metabolism i would recommend trying light weight lifting, i had more results in two weeks of exercises with weights than a year of cardio routines!

@@MBltoI actually didn't thought of that, I was using the calorie deficit method tbh. But it's honestly not making any progress despite me eating very little, and I have food like chicken breastmeat / protein drink to keep me going thruout the day and I don't snack. I will try out your methods soon! Thank you for your suggestions!
