A do this every morning for 6 week now plus am on a good diet. I use to weight 115kg am now at 99kgs Previously pipo* though I was pregnant and now my tummy has reduced by 40% I no longer hide my tummy. Little success can give you great joy... I have a long way to go, everday i put my best foot forward ^^^^ All the way from kenya

@@jaya1874 I eat two small portion of foods (kid’s size or lesser sometimes), no sugary foods and drinks, no fatty foods and potatoes chips, plain coffee for morning, lots of water, fasting after 7pm and replaced foods with vitamin and calcium, before exercise intake fiber gummy, and tummy wrap (three size pant smaller than current) 24/7. It was rough the first three days but managed to keep on track. After 3 kids and gained 30+ lbs, I told myself that I wanted look beautiful and slim again.
M learning a lot my right is always itching but no luck of money, from now I'll start practicing to claim my blessings thank you again for sharing with us

Hello, Fire_Was_Found! Now if you're a beginner, I suggest you do a quick workout like 7-10mins (you can find tons of these in our channel) and find which one works best for you. The most important thing here is for you to find a workout that you enjoy doing and will make you come back everyday so you'll be motivated to exercise regularly. One that will not burn you out and make you dread working out. Good luck and I hope you do exercise!💪
Maybe try the plank but take a small rest during the countdown? In reality, she puts the timer to 40 seconds instead of 20 seconds for the plank, so it’s understandable
This is gonna be my next workout. Should I take any days break after my last day of the lose 6KG in 14 days challenge? Or just go straight into this one the next day?

I started from the 15 minutes workout, to the 30 minutes workout then to this one, I don't even have to drink water anymore during the exercises I guess I'm getting the hang of it lmao (I know I should but I don't feel thirsty)
