@kraneiathedancingdryad6333

regarding the snake plant (the one with the cut up leaves in water): You can plant the leaf bits directly and they'll still grow. It will take a little bit longer, but it will work. One word of caution though: plant the leaf bits right side up, the way they were on the plant, otherwise it won't grow--it will sprout roots, but no leaves, and you'll be left with just a stump. :) I'm a plant nerd, and I approve this message.

There's species of tree that utilize heat to release seed. Fir and pine are super common with this. Their dead leaves are even good firestarter as a result. (This is why forestry needs to plan out control burns or else wildfires happen) Problem is a closed pinecone OFF the tree has immature seeds in it...ones that haven't even germinated.

One question, is it ok to plant something that was in hydrogen peroxide and then consume it? 2:29. I really wouldn't, unless it was safe.
@Neyobe
@Neyobe 3 года назад
Yes, though hydrogen peroxide sounds terrifying, it is actually beneficial for plants when mold or bacteria happens. I use it a lot when unwanted algae or *other gross things* start to grow. Trust me, you can check other RU-vid videos and google, HP is good for plants and fungi (mushrooms), just not too much. Though CONSUMING hp isn’t good for you, it being fingered through an organism would be fine :) stay safe~
