The Outseal Arduino PLC was interfaced to an OP320 HMI Operator Panel with a TTL to RS485 Converter Module for industrial Modbus RTU/Serial communication up to a distance of 1 km. The Operator panel is programmed with the OP20 V8.0Q Editor Software. The Outseal PLC was programmed to read the temperature value of an LM35 temperature sensor, and turn On or Off an indicator lamp depending on the low and high setpoint. Lamp turn On and Off can also be done directly from the panel. The required setpoints can also be adjusted from the OP320 operator Panel.

OPENPLC SOFTWARE is good rather than outseal because analog input option is more than outseal only two analog inputs have

Nice project! The schematic has an error, the ground on the relay board must be connected to the Arduino ground. If it works without this it is only by luck.

Hi. If any one could make clear is one small detail before try to learn about this software. The arduino nano is running a full micro independent or is been drive as slave from the PC be USB cable Thank to any one answer the question.

The Arduino nano is running a full micro independent and not driven as slave by the PC. The USB cable is to provide power supply for demonstration purpose. I know I asked this on the LDmico but is it possible to communicate with the serial connections of a Nextion display to then have a touch screen HMI?

Nextion display can communicate with LDmicro, but not with Outseal since Outseal uses only Modbus protocol.

OUTSEAL do not support Arduino Mega 2560 but Atmega 128 as shown in this videos: Outseal PLC Mega: ru-vid.com/group/PLjkzNLFcHTFDDxfC8gr7Vih8LcLQrmiMN If you follow the video series particularly on Modbus, you should be able to achieve your design.
