@@nitrouscatfish5827 you don't even know what your talking about buddy. That Mustang actually costed a lot more then 120k. Go see on his Instagram and see what he does and how fast he is. The motor alone is close to 40k alone. The fab work will be around 25k, many other things. Also learning the set up and changing gear rations and blowing motor while testing trying to figure it out I am sure that car is over 150 deep now if not more. I know how much it costs to get vwr fast car it's about 100k. That if you'll have some friends help you out on some things not doing everything at the shop only. If your not doing it yourself the lBor alone will be so expensive. It's not high 8 second car that you can build with basic piston and rods on foxbody and 4 link and 9 inch solid axle. No. This is a lot more then that!

I think a fun drag race you guys could do would be: Set up 2 teams, give them the same crate motor, but let them choose everything else (Car body, turbos or supercharger etc, wheels/tires) and after a certain amount of build time you race them to see who wins. (Think this show meets scrapheap challenge haha)
