1436 Weekend Warrior Kit Performance Test 1
We designed a decking kit for the 1436 Jon Boat class called the Weekend Warrior Kit. This kit needed to touch on 3 valuable points. 1. Easy, simple and fast to build. Preferably in 1 weekend. 2. Zero Bench Seat Removal - we know removing the bench seats scare you guys...so lets keep them in and reuse them 3. All aluminum construction.
This kit is bailable in 1 long (3day) weekend with the help of a few buddies. This is all fine and dandy, but how does this Jon Boat perform after doing these modifications? What is it like to use this Jon Boat for leisure fishing, and how does it handle? Does the Epropulsion Spirit 1.0 motor work well with this kit?
The filming of this video was a disaster, so please, in the comments let me know what/how you would like me to retest this boat under real life conditions. I plan to re-film this video with your guidance!
