Are they playing at U Hall? I saw Lee with Jackson Browne there in 1975. My other memory is taking a lot of showers there that year. My pipes were frozen for 6 weeks. 🥶😅 I was OK with the situation because I didn't have to pay rent for 2 months.

@artemisXsidecross hi bud! 👋 Oh yes, I love Whippets, closely related to greyhounds. And boy they are FAST! 😆 The Miniature American Shepherd is just a name the AKC uses to distinguish from the standard Australian Shepherd. Just a mini Aussie, really. Part of the herding group, they love agility training and exercises. Great companion dog, very intelligent like the Border Collie. Have a great evening! 😃🐾🐾😎

I love the chaotic music of an orchestra warming up. It can be as intuitive as jazz, but before anyone could corral a label on it. I am always struck by the interiors of these facilities that can handle most any production to visit. I worked as skilled labor and seeing the different work shops and how they are set up is telling, they are not all the same. The back stage and dressing rooms are fun and when you meet up with that ‘old dude’ give him a hello for me. Best wishes for everyone to have a good show.

@@biladcock9055 people like to talk about LA traffic but I feel like the DC metro area gives it a run for its money. I mean there is never not roadwork and god forbid an accident happens, hell even a cop on the side of the road will bring us to a crawl for a couple miles. God forbid you don’t have an ezpass flex or 2 other people to ride with you to make the hot lanes free. It’s over 30 bucks to take the hot/hov (whatever they call it these days) lanes from the beltway to the end of those lanes if there is not 3 people in the car. Let’s not even get into discussions about the exorbitant RT 66 tolls during rush hour. And this is all on the Virginia side. The WW bridge used to be crap, idk how it is now since the did the new span, I haven’t been on it since. I am happy they fixed both 95 exits from the beltway (in MD and VA) years ago tho.

Wolf-trap, the venue name, sounds like it should be in the Black Forest of Germany… why is the orchestra surrounded by plexiglass screens? The music played by the orchestra during their pre-show warmup sounded kinda like the music from the “beef - it what’s for dinner” adv campaign that Sam Elliot did the voice-overs for….
