These beginners' workouts are a perfect introduction. Plus, if you don't have much time but want to get a little exercise in this is a great start to the day.
It was a good return to Pilates for me today after taking some time off for a big house move! Thanks for always being here and for never pushing me farther than I can go!
Normally, I like an advanced or medium class but this is Perfect add-on after a heavy weight/cardio workout. The shorter classes fin in any time of day!
My first attempt at pilates and I loved this. I'm working from home so this 15 minute session was a perfect way to get me away from my desk. I'll definitely try and make this part of my daily routine
