Kasandra, I do all of your classes including chair ones. I enjoy doing yoga in a chair as my abs feel more engaged, and when I feel tired or stressed chair yoga is a good fit for me. I would like to see more chair yoga classes, and thank you so much for the variety of classes that you offer🌻🌻🌻
I enjoy your 10 minute sessions very much. Something like this is great for those like me who are getting older and have arthritis issues. I would enjoy more of these especially for days my aches and pains are worse than usual but I still want to practice some yoga.
First time doing chair yoga - it was awesome. I’m an avid yogi and this is just right on a chill day. Could still extend myself using my yogi way. Thanks for everything and contributing to my mental and physical health consistently. :)
Excellent practice. I did it during my lunch break at work, without the need to change clothes and get organized. I would love more training like this and maybe another 30 day challenge.

Thank you so much Kassandra! Ive been doing yoga with you since the pandemic. Last year i had an unfortunate event happen and i ended up paralyzed waist down. Im starting to walk again and get back to yoga. This is perfect!!!
I did a lot of standing this morning and afternoon and had a slight lower backache when I started this practice. I do believe my back feels much better now. I’ll be tuning in again for sure! Thank you!
Really good for me to continue my yoga practice through rehabilitation from neck surgery. Obviously have to adapt certain moves but good and would love it to be a little longer ❤
Yes I just started doing this class. I developed scoliosis in my late 50’s(7years ago) along with fibromyalgia and my physical shape went down hill. I deal with adrenal fatigue as well and this gave me a spark I have not felt in decades. Lease more chair yoga. Thank you. Your pace is perfect.

Yes! Please post more of these! I had an injury 2 years ago I broke my right femur and hummaris and did not heal properly this wad very challenging for me but I'm determined to get moving again! Thank you! Going to save this and do it everyday!
Especially have benefited from both the “chair ” and “in bed” videos. Particularly helpful for me as a beginner in my 60s. Started with your chair and bed vids 3 months ago and have just kept repeating the same few vids. I like having this new vid for some variety. These practices have helped me rehab my knee, hip and foot. Thank you!

Thanks really appreciate this chair yoga following foot operation. Should have done whilst in cast for 2 months but slow recovery still means can not weight bear on foot so this is helping. Aim is to go back to my normal daily yoga with Kassandra ❤❤ love the Om chant at the end xxx🙏🏼

This was great :) Even though I don't really fall into either of the categories, I felt unwell this morning with a migraine Doing this class allowed me to exercise gently, but still remain upright. It has helped me move slowly into the day. Thank you

at 85 this is the best yoga i have found. I am very limited in movement, an not able to be on the floor. Thank you for this. just beginning, so hope i get more movement in the coming days and weeks. Again thank you
Thanks! I am just beginnng and will probably order your book. I am 73, have had too many rather major surgeries, including knee replacement and most currently extensive foot surgery. I still have a ‘boot’ on, but need to start restrengthening as, with all surgeries, have had too much deconditioning with too much down time! Thanks for this option that I am pretty sure I can handle… most of anyway!
I haven't tried chair yoga before and was a little skeptical of how effective it would be, but happy to report I was wrong! Great practice, got me nice and stretched with the added bonus of not having to get my mat out🥰
Hi Kassandra, I just did this practice and WOW! You are a natural teacher…I am going for a R knee replacement a week from today, and had my L knee replaced in 2000. I am 65, suffering incredible osteoarthritis. Your video was doable, (albeit at about HALF what you did, but I DID it!) and I really appreciated your “gratitude” in summation! I have scoliosis, facets disease, spinal stenosis, and need neck surgery to release an impinged nerve😔. My BFF is coming to help care for me and I will show her this! Thank you again!
