Yeah single arm twisty move, can feel it in the obliques too, I have done 3 short workouts back-to-back back so basically a total body workout really,,, keep it up Jacquelyn there really isn't anyone out there doing this stuff and it's super effective 👏👏👏👏
I am 64 years old and have just started for the first time in my life to do strength training. I have to tell you that I looked on RU-vid and saw a lot of videos for strength training for women, but yours is absolutely hands-down the most accessible for someone like me who is older. I started out with no weights at all, just following your movements for a few weeks. Then I moved to soup cans as my weights. I bought weights and increments of 1/2 pound on Amazon so now I am up to 2 pounds. Ready to move to 2 1/2. Thank you again I found other of your videos and love your calm positive encouragement.
I’ve been doing this for about 3 weeks and I sure wish I could post photos!!! I take one after each time I do this video. My results are crazy! AND I’m creeping 50. My arms were loose and flabby and man, what a difference 15 workouts have done! I wanna show somebody!! Lol! Thank you so much! I love this video! 😊❤️
I've been bringing my 3lb dumbbells with me to work lately so when I have extra time on my lunch, I can do this workout because it's become one of my favorites! My fiance said my arms are looking strong and toned! I had him do it with 5 lb weights and he kept saying "it burns!!" Thank you for this, even though it was 2 years ago! And congrats on your little girl! My sister just had her first baby and it's a girl named Addison!
so happy to hear you're getting such great results! This is also one of my favorites as well. Keep up the amazing work! And thank you so much, we're so excited for our little girl :) xo
Phenomenal! And I love that you're never 'dialing it in.' I can tell when you're fatiguing as well and know you're real and human. THANK YOU so much for sharing your approach and workouts!!
Great , no, PHENOMENAL routine! The vast majority of these moves I have never done before and I am 60 years old! Favorite move; elevated bicep/tricep, worked everything! Thank you! Thank you also for keeping it classy.
I Loved this workout! You incorporated moves I haven't seen before, and it targets the whole arm, instead of just portions, like other videos. This will be my regular arm routine from now on! :-)
@@ActionJacquelyn I'm still here after 1 month! My arms are much more toned, and this is my favorite workout! If I ever need to bump things up, do you recommend I transition up to 5 lbs, or keep the 3 lbs and just do the video again?
Been watching you since 2020 and this was one of my favorite videos during quarantine because I don't live near a beach and I was able to experience a good workout "on the beach" with Jacquelyn..your videos kept me moving and healthy! Thank you for doing these!! Did this one today!
Hi Jacquelyn, I made a mistake and did the arms everyday straight for 21 days and my arms increased in size. My mistake, I didn’t read that I should have done it 3-4 times per week. My question now is, how do I decrease my arms but still keep them toned. I love all of your videos, you are very inspiring and keep it so real.
I really liked this!!! New and super effective moves I hadn't done before. And I personally really loved just watching without voice instruction. It works well for this video. Thanks!
I have to say this might be my favorite arm workout. The music can drive you crazy but it’s great that you don’t need volume and can use any music you want in the background
Wow Jacqelyn!!! What a fantastic video. I was sweating by the time I finished. It looks simple on the video, but it is soooo powerful. Thank you so much. I love your videos. I will be doing this again and again
I just keep coming back to this one!! On a balance board! So grateful for you and your many sessions and the care and enthusiasm you have for our individual conditioning/exercise journeys! 😘💕
Jacquelyn I was enjoying this workout so much that the time flew by! Favorite move is the extended arns that slowly went front to side! I already feel better first my day!
So good!! I'm really enjoying alternating this set with your other 14 minute arms series. I'm definitely feeling stronger!! The hardest for me is the outward pulses going from the side to the front and back to the side/back. Especially at nearly through the series. Great stuff to aspire to!
@action Jackulyn, the routine looks easy enough. So I just started doing them 15 minutes ago, the burn kicked in extensively at the 7 minute marker, so I'm taking this rest to let you know that I'm working with you. I sure want to continue daily with the routine. Hopefully again early AM.
👋Action Jacq, this is my 3rd day working out with you this year, wish me well in finishing this routine during the next 5 months. 2/2/23= 4th day with you, working the entire arms especially feeling the effectiveness of "Movements" 1-5, 10-12 & the weighted single/double punch.
Was here 2/6/23 for a little over15 minutes working the Favorites (💪) 3xs and here 2/7/23 working as done on on the 6th🤗🤗🤗.2/8/2023-the Lucky charm 3 days strait-still working the entire routine +working my several favorites💪sets 3xs🤗🤗🤗😇Feb 9 2023 working the entire routine+Stil working my several favorite arm💪exercise sets from the first Action-9:06 minute marker 3xs16+2 & 3xs 20 for the Last Action.
@@LindaStJean-xf7qm Hi Linda! Have you done this everyday for two weeks? Of course everyone is different but around the two week mark with consistency and a balanced diet you should begin to see and feel your strength improving. So glad you're showing up for yourself..Keep up the great work!! :)
It is a pleasure to do them, I like how you alternate so they are not boring, they are addictive.....you are the best trainer I have ever seen in an online space.
This is not a true barre arm workout. I stoped halfway through. I wish she would talk through the video to help with form but this is only a demonstration video. Also, some of the moves are too fast for barre- you will feel it more when you slow down the movement.
