15 Min FULL BODY KETTLEBELL WORKOUT at Home | Caroline Girvan

Full Body Kettlebell Workout - 15 Minutes to work your entire body with 1 kettlebell!
We will perform each of the following kettlebell exercises for 30 seconds, followed immediately by 30 seconds kettlebell swing then rest for 30 seconds!
GOBLET SQUAT
ALTERNATING LUNGE PASS UNDERS
UNEVEN LUNGE
UNEVEN LUNGE (opposite leg)
ROMANIAN DEADLIFT
BENT OVER ROW
BENT OVER ROW (switch arm)
OVERHEAD PRESS
UPRIGHT ROW
TRICEP PRESS
All super-setted with KETTLEBELL SWINGS!
With the kettlebell swings, here are afew simple tips so that you gain the most out of this move:
- Feet shoulder width or slightly wider and toes slightly facing outwards
- Hinge are hips whilst keeping back flat and chest open
- Your upper body ie. arms should not be assisting the lift
- Drive through and squeeze glutes.
You will need a mat and something to lean against ie. chair for bent over rows!
You can use 1 kettlebell or 2 depending on the weight! I am using 16kg for your reference.
Please ensure you warm up prior to beginning this kettlebell workout.

I’m a 31 year old male I’ve been losing weight and started following this workout and it’s absolutely amazing, the first time I did it I struggled with stairs and full body aches which faded after 2/3 days, it’s incredible how quickly the body can get used to workouts as I now do this 3x+ a week and will be moving onto the 30min workout next, I use 12KG ( 26lb ) kettlebell, I also tend to do more arm workouts after the video finishes, can’t wait to start doing your 30 minute workout! 👏🏻

Caroline is a straight shooter, no BS. She just teaches the move concisely and gets right into the workout. No long intro or outro required. Incredible teacher‼️ 15 min work out that actually hurts more than it sounds! Amazing full body workout. Anyone can spare 15 min and get fit, absolutely no excuses.

I tried this yesterday with the 5 min warm up! I made it with all the exercises with a 2kg kettlebell and today my whole body hurts 🤣😂 I will gradually increase the weight of the kettlebell! Very good workout, thank you Caroline Girvan! Kisses from Greece ❤️😘

Oh those kettlebell swings…most the time during the exercise that preceded it I wasn’t concentrating on the burn, I was thinking: oh no, here come the kettlebell swings 🥵! Only 15 minutes seemed short but I couldn’t have done any more, heck of a great workout condensed into that 15 minutes!

I combined this workout with the "30 Mins Extreme HIIT Full Body" and "12 Min Oblique and Core", and my legs were sore for 2 days afterward. LOVE it. These three together might be one of my favorite combinations so far. These workouts keep getting better and better! Thank you, Caroline!

Just turned 35 and I've never been fit or athletic, never really worked out but decided that if I don't start now and take back my health, it will be 10 times harder later. These work outs have been great for me! I've lost 10lbs and am getting stronger and so much healthier! Grateful for this specific workout, it has changed my routine and has pushed me! I use a 25lb kettlebell and it's been a week, I'm already wanting to level up and go heavier!

I did this kettlebell workout after EPIC II day 1. Just bought my new 20-pound kettlebell today! 1st workout is done! Can't wait to do more and most especially over the winter months. ⛄ Also, I've been affected by IT band syndrome this year. I've been able to run, hike, and cycle. However, I did have to take time off in November. Since I started physical therapy at home it has been better. Honestly, this strengthens all muscles connected to the IT band. Now, it is feeling stronger than ever. I love the kettlebell swings! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Absolutely loved it! Great full-body 15-minute workout. One of the best things is there is no annoying talking going on during the exercises like so many other videos do. It's just music and every exercise is still demonstrated before it begins.

My favorite video of yours. Really gets my heart rate up. I love the format of your with timers and previews. You have such a positive attitude and your smile really helps to motivate me. At 41 years old and after a month of working out to this video I feel like I am ready to move on to the 30 minute session. Thanks for all your content and putting yourself out into the RU-vid world!

Caroline this was brilliant! I have two little kids and was able to do this with my 14kg while they were eating breakfast. I feel amazing. I think these little and often workouts are my new way forward instead of 1.5hr long gym sessions that I never get round to.

45 and in the worst shape of my life. Had my bloods done and doc said your in perfect health. I don’t feel like I’m in perfect health. Decided to start doing this. Got the kettle bells today and this was day 1 for me. Thank you so much I can’t wait to feel better.

I’m a beginner to kettlebells , Day 1 of workout done I only got 2kg, 3kg, 4kg kettlebells and i done this workout with 4kg and i was sweating 😅 Looking forward to doing this workout everyday 🏋️‍♀️

Yessssssss! You know I was beating myself up for not being healed enough for fuel and then there was this a 20lb kettlebell never felt so heavy. I WAS RELIEVED by the end and smiling so big like I made it. Caroline you are inspirational and motivating. I'm 8 months post partum. Second baby 2.5 year old. 2 c sections. Free weight regular 8 years ago and too intimated by my past ability and new post partum body to attempt working out. Until now! Thank you so much for this. 15 mins is so achievable for me right now and I feel amazing 👏🏻

Just finished this workout. I didnthe angels landing hike yesterday and strongly felt that I needed to continue working out at home. I'm currently 5'3 and weighing 200 lbs. I was upset seeing how much I weighed because last time I weighed myself I was 185 so my goal right now is to get back to 185. I found this video to be super easy to follow and a great workout. I am so happy and grateful to have found your page!

Awesome workout - the instruction is world-class, and the music is fabulous! If the breaks seem too long, start with 15-seconds left. Caroline previews the upcoming moves, so you can get started a little earlier than the timer recommends.

Excellent Lisa!! And welcome!! So happy you like this workout!! These are my daily workouts and I always do HIIT Sunday morning!! And a 1 hour full body every Friday! I change it up during the week so could be core or triceps etc! I hope you find lots of fun, challenge yourself and grow stronger! In the Community tab at top of page, there is a post with suggested weekly training schedule and relevant workouts however you may just like to train like me with less structure and more about how you feel!!💓💓
