❤Sometimes we need to change the way we think about stretching. Instead of feeling like it's not good use of your time, we need to say to ourselves, I need this in order to be my best. Not only in my workouts, but also to give myself grace, and be ok with slowing down and giving back to me. BONUS you tap into your parasympathetic nervous system (PSNS). When the PSNS is activated, it slows our heart and breathing rates, lowers blood pressure and promotes digestion. Our body enters a state of relaxation, and this relaxation breeds recovery. The more time we spend in a PSNS state, the healthier we are.
I had some lower back pain and I decided to do this workout now, WOW Michelle you are really a miracle worker. My back feels so good. I am definitely going to do this at least twice a week. God bless you and your driveway crew 🙏🏽❤️
I was thinking to myself, what would Michelle say to do with an extra hour that we got today... Mmm. Time for a workout, no excuses. Kept it low key, doing this and 16 min hiit killer abs before. I did this today, and it was wonderful! I haven’t done many of your workouts since I found you because 1. I don’t have a mini trampoline, and 2 because when I first found you I really didn’t do floor exercises. Since I have been getting stronger , I have slowly been adding floor exercise, so now I will do more of your workouts. Thank you for this I feel so great mow!!!
Sorry, this should have been for your 30 minute low impact HIIT workout😂. I did do this afterwards because I felt like I needed a better stretch, and I really enjoyed this!

Finally ladies!! As a Yoga teacher you all need this everyday. As you age, stretching becomes more important to protect and ensure everything you do is improved with recovery and stretch. Be well Michelle and your community.
So TRUE!! I spend 3-4 nights each week doing deep stretches' as I know in order for me to do what I do and to live a life having mobility, I have to stretch. ❤️ Thanks for comment.
Hi Michelle I have bee n doing this stretch about 4 to 5 times Per week and also including your 2 mini bands workout to help with Balance and booty I have ordered Pilates balls so I can do Pilates workout and barre Fran your seventies lady
Loved it! Woke up weird back pain but stretched a little prior to my weekly run. Ran 12K- when I intended a 10K. I've never done either before. Felt great!!! But definitely needed something short and this was perfect. I'll do Eliot's Courage Low Back or Super Spine later but this was perfect right after. Thanks! (Doing my first 10K run with others Oct 15)
