Hi I’m Eli, I’m new here. These workouts make me sweat. I’ve been going through depression and anxiety, dealing with the loss of my mom this year and also ending an unhealthy 2year relationship. When i workout I get very emotional and cry. Very grateful to have you guiding us through these workouts as it’s really a way to release pent up anger. @@melissaortiz5909 My biggest change was switching to only drinking water. I also do intermittent fasting. I eat twice a day, usually a lean cuisine meal or Healthy Choice. Then if I snack, I will eat things like pickles, cucumbers, fresh fruit and veggies.

@@metnanirihane6001 hey so I did this 15 min video once a day after dinner, I also incorporated some kettle bell workouts for like 20 mins. As far as calories I use my fitness pal app which tells me to consume 1700 calories per day but I usually only eat about 1300. Hope I was able to answer all your questions.

I am 13 and very ashamed to say that I really struggle with negative body image and I feel like I'm very overweight, my goal for this year was to work out 4 times a week. It's into February and I'm so happy to say that I have stayed with that goal. And I've been running a mile every day and doing a workout video if I feel like it. Jo, I know I've never met you in person, but you are really my hero because sometimes I don't feel like working out but your videos motivate me and make me feel so energized and good about myself so thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

I cried after watching and working out to this video. I've been using your videos for maybe 3 months now and I've lost 25 pounds. I've been changing my eating habits and my body is responding well. Anyways, I cried because I have sciatica. I had a flare-up this past week and went 4 days without working out. I was so sad and upset. Now that I am better I did something not as intense that my body already knows. I was so worried that I mentally would give up on myself and not get back into working out. I pushed through and did this 15-minute workout!

Starting working out with your channel is one of the best thing I've made in 2022. Started on November and now, with intermitten fasting, I've lost 3kg. Not a big number but I feel from 68kg to 65kg brings a big effect on my body, such like I am not easly tired like before. Love you, Jo! 💖

I'm almost 12 weeks pregnant and have been doing your workouts since rebounding even walking on it, was messing up my neck etc, and praise the lord, I've been feeling so good. I usually hate cardio. Praying I can keep it up and it'll help my varicose veins too! Thanks Jo!

I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I’ve done a few of your workouts before and I’ve always enjoyed them. But I have a hard time with consistency. I’ve decided starting today I’m going to try and do one of your videos at least four times a week and since I was bored I did this one today. It was great and challenging. Consistency is something that I have always struggled with too! It’s truly a struggle, but I know you can do this! One thing that helped me is the reward at the end of a workout, it can be small things. Personally I LOVE how I feel after a workout I feel like I accomplished something that I honestly didn’t want to do and how I am one day closer to my goal with that workout. Starting is the hardest part! Reward yourself until it becomes a habit :) good luck!! Cheering you on

Your workouts have helped me to continue on this journey for over a year now. I decided to make a change to be healthy and keep up with my kids back in July 2021. That's when I started and haven't looked back. It's not perfect but like you said consistency is key and to keep going as long as you're moving. I'm down to between 284 and 289lbs. I started at 353lbs so I know I'm making progress 💪. Slow and steady wins the race right 😁 I want to concentrate on making it a lifestyle so I can keep it off. We go this let's ggggooooo

I work overnight and did this workout with a co-worker. We had a blast. This was their first time doing a Jo workout and they thought it was so fun. It had me sweating. Love the GWJ shirt. I’m definitely buying one when merch goes live!

Hi, I'm 12 and weigh 170lbs (5ft 5in) and have been over weight my whole life I did and didn't exercise over the years but I have had this big motivation. To lose 50 pounds before high school (17 months) and I have decided to this workout the morning and night workout with a 1mile walk. I had trouble understanding the exercises at first but over the few days I have been doing this I have learned them. It's so much fun and motivation videos helped me get here. Remember that skinny can be overrated and having a little meat on your bones Is healthy. "Clothes are meant to fit you, you are not supposed to fit clothes" -Spencer Barbosa. There are people out there that wish they could have your body. Food is energy. Do Do starve yourself.. that slows your metabolism and makes the process harder.. Believe in yourself. Be patient and what you want will come. Time fixes everything. I hope this helps. 😁❤

Hey Cactus Lover!! Can I just say as a young adult, seeing your comment was so beautiful and refreshing. When I was your age, I really didn't speak like that about myself. I was consistently conscious of my body, and felt like I needed to be super skinny to be beautiful, and to be loved. But obviously, and thankfully, I was wrong :) Each body is beautiful, and everyone deserves love. I've only started learning now what you already know at such a young age - you're incredible in your own skin! Working out is for heart health, to have fun fun, and to feel good about yourself! Thank you Jo for your statement that workouts do not have to be long! I find that short workouts work better for me! Your workouts bring joy and fun! Would love 5 minute or 10 minute walks. Sarra from the channel Heart Breathings mentioned in her video Getting More Done with 90 day goals, when she discussed her Goal 2 about setting good, better and best goals. So for walking, it could be like 10 minutes, 20 minutes, and 30 minutes. You are still working on your goal of walking!

I haven’t worked out in 5 months bc I had a strenuous job and honestly my body was beat down. Hi Jo, I started watching your videos around February. I wanna let you know that your positivity, YOUR SMILE, your work outs kept me going. I never looked at the scale on the off chance that it would discourage me. I went from a 2X to a size M/L. My size 12 dresses fit me loose, and I can be an example to my young daughter that anything is possible with determination and consistency. Thank you so much. May God bless you and your family. I haven't been around for a few months due to mental health. I got up today at 4am and here we are! Week 1: 15 mins cardio session with strength training and then I'll gradually increase your video to 30-40 mins each week then the 4th week will try the 1hr long sessions! I'm so excited to be back. Being a first time momma this is my first time actually needing to put in effort to lose weight but with your workouts I’ve lost 6 pounds already. I know it’s not much but I’ve never lost weight in my life so this feels like a good start. I owe a big part of that to your workouts and motivation so thank you!!

Ok, so I just completed this 15 minute cardio workout....whew Jo, this is good.. I loved the way it was easy and quick and I felt like I was burning fat... I like the way you have the timing on each exercise and the mirror to show what's next. Your workouts are great. I'm soon to be 65 on the 30th of January and I haven't had any problem with keeping up...Thank you for getting me back in the workout groove after multiple surgeries in 2022 including cancer...I'm a Survivor😎

I just started working out with this video of you three days ago after years without any physical condition at all. And today is the third day I'm doing it and Im already seeing results in my condition, not my body, but my condition. I can endure longer the movements than before and my arms pain dissapeared with all this movement. I saw people in tiktok speaking about your videos and Im so happy to have found you. After doing this video restless I will continue with the next one of yours but with higher intensity. THANK YOU.❤

Had some terrible news Saturday, had an unexpected death in the family, so I've gone way off track. Starting tomorrow I'm going to push myself to do at least 20 minutes everyday. My minds all over the place but hopefully moving my body will help!

Hi Jo, निताइ, God bless you. I don't have a weight scale, so I can't tell you my total weight loss, but I have been doing this workout along with another 12-minute workout of yours, twice daily, 5 days a week, and the weight is visibly melting away. It is noticeable in my face, and chest, and my collarbone is more visible now! I still have a long way to go, having started at around 210 pounds (5 foot 10), I would guess I am around 200 now due to your workouts. I will keep going. I have been following for only 2 weeks, and already such a huge difference is there. I was highly sedentary and emotionally ate sugary snacks all the time. Doing your workouts has gotten me off my tail, and now my sweets addiction is more under control (1 cheat day a week allowed). Thank you so much for making these videos and helping us stay motivated by your bubbly energy and infectious smile.

Your fun and amazing workouts have made me stay consistent with my workouts and healthier eating I am in month 4 and have already managed to get into 2 pairs or my pre pregnancy jeans which were two sizes smaller than the once I was wearing after having baby number 2! I am so great full! I have just one pair of jeans left to try and get into which will be my new year goal! We all need to enjoy Christmas first! Cannot wait for the GWJ merch!!!

Hi I am one of your silent subscribers that just joined. I am a mom of 4. Gave birth to the 4th child 09.05.2021. it's been a journey to say the least. just wanted to say so far I've lost 6.20lbs in the past two weeks. For reference my starting weight was 190.2 and currently at 184.0. height 5'5. I am loving the results! Hello, just joined! I found you last week through someone's video, and I'm glad I did. Your videos are very approachable and sweet, and good music choices! I've hit a plateau with my fitness regimen, and adding your workouts will hopefully help continue the downward trend. Thank you so much! I just finished this a few minutes ago. I do have a nice sweat, and feel more focused. Very easy to fit workouts like these into a work-break, and another before bed.

I’ve been doing Jo’s workouts 4-5 times a week for 30 minutes each time these last two months and I’ve noticed a difference in how much more toned my “flabby” parts are 😭. It’s really been my motivation to keep going. I feel so much more comfortable in tight shirts, which up until this point, I’ve been wearing oversized clothes for the last three years. It feels nice to be comfortable in my skin❤️

I just read the comment section sometimes when I don't feel like continuing, it's a great help! motivates me 10 times out of 10! I have just started these workouts and they make me feel good. I am not sure if I'll see any results anytime soon because my diet and routine are bad, maybe if I can build this habit, others will follow!!! I'm 4ft 10'' and have been overweight all my life. currently at 70kg which is the heaviest I have been overtime. But I have never been able to keep up with any routines as much as Jo's so I here's hoping for good things!!!!! 🥰

Love this workout! Usually I don’t comment but this was two thumbs up good. I’m in my hotel, knowing I need to move but without my usual equipment (kettlebells). Put this on and I had so much fun and got in some movement too. This is great for taking your exercise commitment seriously while also making it fun!

Hi, I am brand new my doctor goal is for me to lose 30 pounds in 6 months my goal is lose 40 pounds. I’m recently was in the hospital for having a heart attack. A serious wake up call for me so I’m ready to get start. Since the pandemic my office had all of us working remotely and I am so stunned on how much weight I gain in 3yrs. My health is so important and I’m ready to do this. Getting this dance party started staying focus, losing this weight and live a healthy stressful life.😂😊

Wow I love this one! I actually did it twice and the stretch once but made my stretches a bit longer. Going in my favorites for when I have no energy of which was me when I started this workout and hit my inhaler halfway thru and I was not done when she hit the stretches so I rewound it and did it again! You never stop amazing me with your workouts Jo! 🎉

GIRL, I haven’t worked out consistently or followed my eating plan from grow with jo in like 4 months since me and my hubby went on vacation at the end of summer, vaca mode broke it and I haven’t really come back since. Have gained back about 5 lbs over that span and just did this workout 😂 YIKES, my legs are tight! Since it's the law, I'm watching this before attempting it, and it really looks like 1 of your most fun workouts! 15 minutes hits that sweet spot for me. I've been redoing your 20 min belly melt lately, but I find that for anything over 15 min, I sometimes struggle to find my motivation, whereas 15 min always feel fun and almost casual, yet you put them together so well that they DO pack a punch. I wanna do this in the afternoon, then the 20 belly melt in the evening. I hope this will be enough for results (with consistency of course), since early menopause is kicking my ass... and waist... and hips and thighs out of shape, and that feeling that you can't control your body anymore is incredibly depressing...
