Fabulous. Every single time I do one of your workouts I learn something ... and today about my body. I have pretty severe scoliosis so I tend to be stronger on one side. Those crunch pulses really accentuate that and will help me strengthen left side. Thank you. Also the education you do in your descriptions is so helpful. So not only are your workouts effective, and engaging, they are also educational and therapeutic.
Aw brilliant Jody. Yes sometimes exercise and movements can highlight things we didn’t even know about our body. It’s good to be aware of it when moving so you can be that little bit more aware of keeping straight etc cx
I did this workout today and I absolutely loved it!!! I could only plank for 1 min so I substituted the second half with side planks. This is officially my favorite ab workout on RU-vid!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Strain in the neck as you wrote it, I had to adapt with the hands as support. Although I wonder if you need a bull neck to succeed in this type of exercise. Thanks for the stretching movement at the end of each video.
These have gotten so much easier. Also happy to see my abs again after 3 kids and a little slacking in the ab exercise department. Thanks for yet another great video. I do whatever is posted every day.
Can you make a routine for lower abs without exercises that involve lifting the legs. I have a herniated disc between L2-L3 and L5-S1 disc protusion, so ab exercises cannot anything with leg lifting and I have difficult to target the lower abs otherwise. Help?! XD
Perfect upper abs target exercises..And plank challenge...It's been a month doing a plank in the end..a exercise which I normally avoid doing but I am happy with little progress i made..Thank you so much👍
Another great workout! Posted at the perfect time. Did it right after yesterday's tricep one. Caroline you are amazing and I love doing these workouts. Suggestion: another stretch and strength workout would be great. I love the one you did a few months ago and I do that one weekly.

Hello Araceli! I eat very balanced and as unprocessed as possible during the week and relax more at weekends!! My daily intake consists of lean meats, poultry, fish, eggs, plenty of veg, whole grains, oils, nuts etc! I don’t count calories etc or macros simply eat as I feel but of course enjoy takeaway and eating out come weekend!! Cx

Hi Caroline! Thank you for posting these workouts - I have not tried them yet but they look so great and am looking forward to getting started! I don't know if you can answer this and I know everyone is different, I have been working out for years but feel like I do too much hitt (which I honestly love) and have had trouble building the shapely legs I want (like yours!). How often do you/did you work out your legs (not glutes) to get them shapely? I saw the guides you put of how to break down a week but not sure how it would work for my goals. A mix of weights and bodyweight lower body - not sure! I don't know how to best mix and match them!
Hello Wendolyn! Yes HIIT is performed different for many people. I train proper HIIT once per week usually so I can really give it stacks!! I love training with dumbbells usually 3/4 times per week and once or twice bodyweight workout (full body and glutes etc) to focus on stretching, balance, co-ordination etc! I hope this helps! cx
This has got to be my favorite upper ab workout. I've done it several times and love it just as much each time. Perfect for my add-on for Epic Heat Day 45 dumbbell HIIT.🥰

Ahhhhhhhhh I just love your ABS days Caroline. (I actually love all your days) They are really relaxing and I don't mean easy, just you can really traget the area, follow your pace, and its always a shade of purple day. Two sets in the upper ABS catch fire 🔥 and they burn. Love the combination set table tops to toe touch those are brutal in a great way. So while I held my plank I was thinking four week ago when you started this challenge I would have struggled to do 90 secs and now a few weeks later Im almost at 5 mins. THANKS CAROLINE. Might do some chest later and hope it doesn't conflict with tomorrow 😁 So love this training 😍

@@anthonycarson2541 I've always loved Planks, even when I was still running, I once had a trainer who always sat on our back and we had to keep it up. I also love the different varieties of Plank
My abs were burning on the second move and on! I have to say I really appreciate the relaxed pace on these ab moves! So often when an exercises are done quickly form eventually suffers for me. I find when I perform the moves slower like this I can really focus on contracting and breathing which seems to make them more effective than when I do them quicker. Thanks so much!

If you can't rely on anything like Caroline always 🖐in a good mood, always top outfit, always well motivated, always varied, always different focuses 🏅 I'm curious what she has prepared for us as the next challenge 😂 And such 15 minutes can be combined well with short leg videos and or dumballs an then you have a completely self-thrown Caroline body workout 🤗 I love this possibilities , if I dont want to wait for the dayly workout 🙈
Hi Caroline! I just started to try this workout and I felt it in my upper ab region but I couldn't continue because my neck hurt so badly! I think I'm straining it while I'm lifting it up for the crunches but do you have any recommendations? Cheers
It’s normal for your neck to hurt a little when you first start as your not used to the position and probably have weak abs! You just have to stick with it and keep working on it and it will soon go away. Focus on squeezing your abs and not focusing on your neck.

Hello Nivek!! The neck will strengthen over time in upper abs movements similar to grip strength with the more you lift weights. Just stop when you feel any strain and reset. Cupping hands can help also. Cx
