SHE MADE THIS LOOK EFFORTLESS and I can't be the only one: I dropped my arms too many times to count within the first seven minutes.. unbelievable how effectively this activates dormant muscles... blood is flowing so much better now! OH MY GOODNESS GRACIOUS!!!
@@xo_akiko2755 no I haven't why would i do weightless arm exercises 💀 thats the stupidest thing ever just pick up some dumbbells thats the bare minimum
Well done ma’am! That motivates me. I’m 65 and have done this 3x now and still haven’t managed to hold out all the way through without putting arms down once or twice! I discovered Cassie with my daughter during covid and I still do her 25min total abs workout (which I manage better 😂).
me too! so proud! and its funny cause my arms were not that dead at the end without stopping in comparison to when i did put them down once during the whole session. Because theres a point when you get trough that really fire burning sourness sensation that then you actually feel okay again :D
I usually don't comment on videos, but this workout has been life-changing. After approximately a month of this, the first thing I've noticed about myself is that I've become stronger and have grown some muscle in the process. By the third week, the fat gradually disappears. Definitely recommend!
It's okay if you put your arms down throughout the video, what matters is that you're pushing yourself and trying your best! If you need to take a few breaks in between, that's okay too. Eventually you'll put build up the endurance and put your arms down less and less. You've got this!
So True!...i involuntarily dropped a bunch of times the first attempt of this...but i am persevering. Refusing to quit. The alternative is not an option. i have suddenly developed sarcopenia..a Horrible shock to my system as well as my mind cos i have always been so very strong & active, so, yeah...i am Not going to let it win! i also ordered some stretch bands & small dumb bells. Wearing my silk Tai Chi jammies....this is a War i intend to Win. Downloading this video to my computer right now to play again & again for as long as it takes. Good Luck Everyone! Lets GO!
Confession... Sometimes, when I'm too depressed to get out of bed to work out, I do this video in bed and it always perks me up, makes me feel happier and lighter. I love this workout, I love your bubbly persona, and I love being reminded of things to aspire to, like confidence and strength.
i love her personality so much and like even though she’s just kinda talking to a camera it’s literally so much like she’s talking right to us and being that supportive gym buddy we need to stop of from just quitting as soon as our arms hurt
Omg this is my first time doing this workout. I LOVE how she’s talking the whole way through bc it rlly distracts me from the pain. I LOVE LOVE LOVE her charisma!
After more than 2 weeks of doing this, I finally managed not to drop my arms throughout the workout. Yey! And my arms are stronger and shoulders are toned!
I did it omggg!!! It’s my day 4 and didn’t put my arms down. I didn’t believe it was possible at first, but whoever is reading this I assure you a 100% you can do it!!! ❤❤
Same here. Impossible the first few days and then wow … total surprise - it is possible to keep my arms up 😀. Now after a couple of weeks it’s really doable. Again, wow!
the way cassey talks about cutting her bangs to distract us through the pain, reminds me of nurses talking about random shit to stop kids from freaking out while taking their blood.
Im gonna do this arm workout for 15 days and see if this gonna slim my arms or not My arms 29cm Day 1: done My arms and shoulders are dead 🥲 I pause the video twice Day 2: done it was a little bit easier than last day Day 3: done. So after a rest week I made an upper body workout plan for myself and it’s actually really good. Im gonna put my workout plan in Telegram so if you guys want you can follow my plan too. this workout humbled me so much, this is a different kind of pain from weight lifting 😭 phewwww! i have a new respect for functional weightless exercises 💪
Someone so closed to me just passed away and pilates is the one thing that gives me strength and helps me to hold my head up high, let me see hopes when I feel low. thank you for sharing!
I'm so sorry for your loss. I can totally understand you - I'm going through something similar. Stay strong (especially with workouts like this one - It's a super tough one!!). Wishing you a lot of good things💞🍀
OMG! 59 female here from Dr. Berg´s video and I am so excited. I was able to do everything without lowering my arms until she raises her arms for the angel movement on minute 8, I think it was, I couldn´t take anymore and stopped there. I will try tomorrow again.... I hope.
Love how you are selling as you exercise, not a criticism but actually clever because my mind would be on how sore my arms are getting but instead I am looking at the yoga mat, the outfit. Great idea, thanks.
The selling of products I don’t need really put me off this channel, but I think I will do the workouts because thy seem to be good. I can always put the audio to silent…
No matter where I’ve been in my weight loss journey, I’ve always resorted to her videos. I love them. I’ve lost 65 lbs total in my journey I’m trying to get to 100lbs down. My goal is a healthier life
if you have been including cardio and some form of strength training, the exercise selection would be better for you to progress with your weight loss journey
My journey so far is going good. I have lost 17.6 lbs last doctors appointment I was 177lbs now I am 159lbs. I am only 14….. and I am proud of you and me!
OH MY GOD. i did this arm workout like a couple of times before and this time i did not put my arms down once. I WAS NOT OUT OF BREATH AND OMFG MY SHOULDERS ARE ACTUALLY SO SCULPTED LIKE WHAT. you're amazing..!
Girl 😭 I did this for the first time 6 months ago and I put my arms down way too many times. This time I only put them down twice during the palms back and pinky’s up one. That one was crazy
THIS WORKS GUYS. I've bene really struggling to build muscle in my arms and I've been doing this workout two or three times a week for the past month and a half or so and I'm already seeing results. Keep pushing, you got this
I'm so thankful she puts a little timer at the top of the screen. It's so much easier to make myself continue when I can actually see how much longer I have
I'm 71 years old and started these after listening to Dr. Berg. Of course I drop my arms several times but these exercises are also helping to decrease the pain in my shoulders and possibly my neck even though I have fibromyalgia. Thank you so much!
@@theresefournier3269 Thanks! Where is she and what kind of doctor? I'm currently seeing a naturopathic doctor I'm real happy with and I've tried almost everything in the past 14 years for fibromyalgia. Dr. Berg's healthy keto diet is helping a lot!
Omggg, okay so I’ve been doing this exercise for like a week and lemme tell you my arms are really flabby and when I did these exercises my arms were so ✨TONED✨, like I didn’t even know i could look like this and I feel so motivated to do this, the results are superb and def worth it but it’s not easy obviously but I love the pain now😂😂 thank you Cassey ❤️❤️
@@berserkemblem2091 you’re wrong - do some research - you can gain muscle with body weight. It’s hard to sustain with only body weight but you can tone up from body weight alone. Do the research
@@CatholicKatherine you do realize twirling ur arms in the air doesn’t give any resistance right body weight stuff like pushups is actual resistance and no toning is physiologically impossible u can’t tone a body part you either build muscle or lose fat all around or do both I like how you said do ur research but clearly haven’t done any or misinterpreted data so hard it’s not even laughable if stuff like this was effective everyone would just curl the air but guess what it’s not wanna know why because there is no mechanical tension on the muscle which is the primary mover of muscle growth that’s why marathon runners or sprinters don’t have extremely jacked legs cause muscle damage and muscle fatigue doesn’t mean growth no resistance at all means no growth u neeed a adequate amount of actual mechanical tension to grow twirling ur arms in the air won’t do that it’s just mild cardio which might burn a little fat all around the body after a while or so also how is using ur bodyweight hard to sustain muscle with I can understand ur legs not gaining muscle cause at some point ur legs will need a lot of resistance to continue to get stronger now for upper body I do recommend when u get advanced enough put on weights to ur calisthenics move to help progressively overloaded
@@berserkemblem2091 You’re wrong. I’m right. I listen to the experts not pathetic trolls like you who just look for workouts to criticize. I feel sorry for you.
@@CatholicKatherine what experts I’ve gotten this from actual fitness ppl and studies if u can’t even google search to prove that toning isn’t possible ur a idiot u disregarding all my points and said I feel sorry for you sorry for what cause I’m smarter than u and actually provide a argument there is no mechanical tension going on in these movements the title even said weightless workout u need some form of weights to build muscle take calisthenics u use ur body u do pull-ups pushups and squats a simple google search would prove mechanical tensions is the primary mover of muscle growth none of these would induce such this is mild cardio at best and would just burn slight fat if ur gonna say do ur research Atleast provide a actual argument and facts of ur own bro and I’m criticizing it because it’s factually incorrect listen I’m all for any form of exercise I’m just saying what it is that it’s not very effective for long and that u can’t tone ur body parts u either lose fat build muscle or both and since this has no mechanical tension ur not doing muscle
Dr. Berg sent me over. I made it to through the end of Robot Arms, barely. I was able to do about 3 reps to every 10 reps that our instructor did. Plus, I had to pause the video many times just to rest between exercises. I have decades of poor upper body maintenance to correct. I actually feel good about my poor performance because I know that I have nowhere to go but up!
i’ve tried other workout videos but i always keep coming back to cassey 😭 i just love how there’s like someone talking to me to distract me from the excruciating pain i’m feeling in my body lmao

So here from Dr Berg. Wtf - this was so hard and I’m so sore. Plan on doing this for next 8 weeks every second day to see how my arms/shoulders improve. Will update in 8 weeks
If you, a man, is struggling to complete an arm workout made for teenage girls that doesn't even use any form of weights, you seriously need to get in better shape. This Cassey is such a fraud and millions actually waste their time doing this crap. Go do some pullups like a man for God's sake.
Cassey: "How are you guys doing? Are you okay? Me: *yelling* "No, I am not okay!!!" My goal is to do this without lowering my arms once, not even an inch. I can't wait for that day :)
You Got This Beautiful!!!! And May God Bless You and You’re Family and Friends and Prayers You and You’re Family and Friends Have a Blessed and Safe Day and New Year and God Bless🙏🏽🙏🏽❤️❤️🥺🥺
Oh ma lawd. My arms are burning!!! I'm 6 months post partum, trying to get my body back and was so excited to find this video on Dr. Bergs vid on loose arms lol I had to put my arms down so many times today but can't wait to update after doing this video some more! It's easy to do while the baby plays 😍
Hey I'm 9 months postpartum trying to get back in shape too. Today was my third day doing this video. It certainly burns! And my son thinks it's hilarious to watch me burning! Good luck to you
Oh my god, i've doing this so many times and i started with beeing not able to complete the first two exercises and now i was able the first time to complete all the exercises without putting my arms down😍🤗 Guys, kepp doing!
@brandandarke123 It’s definitely not as fast as lifting, but there’s a reason a lot of Pilates exercises are common in physical therapy it works on slowly building your muscles and endurance. Just because the results aren’t as visible doesn’t mean it doesn’t work.
i know this was a year ago but i'm super proud of you! I did them all today and only dropped them twice! Hope I can get to no drops soon! Keep up the great work!
Actually, I lift consistently and I was ridiculously sore after this. The military uses some of these exercises and body weight. Maybe you don't think it would work for you but if you've not tried then please refrain from cutting others down who enjoy it. Again, I do this, lift and run. I love this and was super sore. I consider myself in shape to so, yeah!!
Dr Berg brought me here and I’m thankful to him - again, for it. At the end of this work out I can barely feel my arms to type. I had to put them down briefly three times to be able to carry on. Bring on tommorow! And subbed! 💪🇳🇿👍
It took me weeks, but I *finally* did it! I got through the whole workout without dropping my arms. Now it's time to work on getting my arms more together during prayer arms. Thank you so much. :)
I don't how could you do all exercise effortlessely, but I must say you can feel the burn instantly while doing the exercise which motivates you to keep going and trust the process. Thank you for giving such an engaging session. Love you!!!
I'm 70 years old. I've had fibromyalgia since i was 10 yrs old (they called it fibrocitis then. This workout actually felt great! I have hopes that this will help the myofacia- syndrome element of fibromyalgia. Always been active, 11 years of ballet(4 on toe) thank you, thank you, thank you!

@@FosFate it tones abit and burns fat I’ve noticed when combined with calorie deficit.. it worked for me :) Not necessarily in growing size of the muscles but abit of definition shown from the fat loss.
@@LiviaStellaX Yep, burns calories, and depending on intensity, it's a whole lot better than doing nothing, although fat can't burn locally. Any exercise is good exercise as long as you're not injuring yourself
Today is my first day. I am 60 years old and don't want these granny arms! I barely have the strength in my arms to type this! LOL I absolutely love the chatter! It really makes it more fun and I didn't think as much about Holy Crap! LOL I will definitely keep doing this one! :)
Great video! We are both in our 80's and are all about healthy aging. We believe that "moving is medicine!" Need to maintain a strong body, a calm mind, & a positive outlook. We're doing some research for our new healthy-aging advice RU-vid channel and hope to inspire others. Learned from you. TY
ElkeE - By shere chance I saw your video and had to try it immediately. Loved it, yes it hurts, cant do all exercises as beautiful and elegant 😰😰but getting better every day. I hate flabby arms, and having just turned 80 I agree wholeheartedly with "Young At Any Age". I would add also the word "fit". of course we oldies cannot do many things we did before, but this video and many others you do are very inspiring. Love it. 👏👏👏
I swear this is works!! Ive been doing this for five times and i started to see some changes! Im not doing any diet or anything but i do pilates for 30 mins, 3/4 times a week and i mix it up with this workout to fix my rounded shoulder. And i notice this morning, my shoulder and arms looks so much leaner and i feel like my posture are so much improving, my back are also way leaner than before and also my upperbody strength are improving so much! Everything feels so much easier and lighter when i pick heavy stuff lol. This has to be one of my fav workout ever eventho it burns sooo much. Im so grateful for this 15 mins workout 😭
@@fortnite.burger you mean placebo effect? Well i was just stating what i was experiencing, and i know for sure not everyone will have the same results like me. My body type is the kind that can easily build muscle but kind of hard to lose the fat. I hope u understand what i mean as im not an english speaker. But for me, this workout gave me more results than doing the strength training with dumbell. If i do dumbell my arms going to look bulky. But with this one or any other pilates workout it gave me a lean look which i love. Cheers
I have been doing this for 18 days and today I finally started to feel my muscles were tightening under my skin. I still put my hands down for 1-2 seconds occasionally but that’s okay!
Been doing this and the level 2 arms for over few months at intervals and as Cassey said, 'Arms are so sculpted after this!' Used to be insecure about my arms and now imma flaunting sleeveless every chance i've got. Never loved them more. Thank you so much for this workout Cassey!
I'm gonna do this routine for 2 weeks, check the results! 1 DAY: My arms are burning, I dropped them a few times. 2 DAY: I did 3 minutes break between the workouts, and I dropped my arms three times during the exercises. 3 DAY: It's still hard, but I am gonna work on it. 4 DAY: I did this workout with my younger brother, and that was a good idea. He pushed me to do it and I pushed him. 5 DAY: Of course I had breaks between the exercises, but I did not drop my arms during doing them. 6 DAY: My arms feel so much stronger, so I decided to add more exercises. 7 DAY: Just doing the routine :) 8 DAY: When I'm doing the routine, I always watch something or I listen to music. It helps me to forget about the pain and keep going.
After 1 month doing the no-equipment arm workouts with Casey I lost 3 cm (each arm) and I'm so thankful that I found the perfect workout for me. Thank you thank you and thank you. Greetings from Mexico.
