Today we're going to build off of last week's thigh foundations workout and yes, it's going to get a bit more extreme!!! We are going to focus on isolated movements to give you a deep thigh and leg workout to help you build strong and slim thighs. I know you guys can handle it. Are you ready?!

I think people have been hating on her because of her clickbait videos. You can't decide where exactly in your body you are going to lose weight. The same way when you overeat, you can't decide if the fat goes to your boobs, butt, thighs or waist, that's the same way that when you lose weight, you can't decide where you're going to lose it. So all these 'thigh slimming' workouts she does are clickbait. You can decide where you build muscle, but not where you lose weight. So her leg workouts mainly just workout, i.e. build muscle, on your legs. That's why people've been getting pissed off.

waters129 honestly this is what literally every workout channel does and it’s not really clickbait, you do workouts that target a specific area of your body hence you gain muscle which makes that area look more toned and slimmer.

One of the things that I learned about my body, doing these workouts, is that one workout could be so easy one day and hard another day. My body is changing all the time, the hormones especially. I embrace it all; as long as I'm being consistent and working my muscles.

Youre absolutely right. Not everyday is the same. Its important to not feel guilty and ashamed on days when your body just doesnt want to work. Its okay, you can give your absolute best on days when it does support you.

Partially thanks to Cassey i went from only working out to lose at least a tiny bit of weight and slim up before a holiday and hating it and just crying on my mat to actually thinking i want to live every day like that and be strong and start hiking and eat healthy and just be fit and sporty. I can't wait to try this workout tomorrow! Even if I prefer training my upperbody previewing this video makes me excited to work my lower body! By the way to anyone reading this, please remind yourself that you can be healthy and fit and have cellulite, thighs which touch each other, etc.. It's so important to focus on the inside. For example, even if I'm still a little bit underweight (I'm gaining! To anyone recovering, you can do it, I believe in you!) for some reasons and really lean, my thighs touch each other. And that is simply because I have a small pelvis. So please, remind yourself that everyone's body is different and the important is how you feel. Your body is an experience, not an image. Much love (and strength to do this workout!)

I’ve just found this video and I have been struggling for months to find exercises for my inner things, as they often were way to easy, but this workout had me lying on the floor, with my legs being dead. But I loved this workout and will continue this as it seems to really help

This definitely gives you dancer legs! I got compliments on my short stubby legs this summer and if I was a dancer?! Made me feel good. Worth the tough calve and wide sumo squat. Ouch! Almost cried the 1st couple of times and couldn’t feel my legs at times. Thank you again!

Day 1~ it was HARD. But made it till the end. Took a lot of breaks. Day 2~ was so much easier than yesterday. Did it till the end with some breaks in between. Ok so I was getting ready to go out for a walk when I noticed that the cellulite in the outer side of my thighs is completely gone! It's just day 2! Day 3~ It was easier and the soreness lessened. My calves looked a bit toned. My thigh has a lot of fat, so it needs a lot of work before I see some toning there. Day 4~ did it. I don't feel so sore anymore. It's bearable now. The cellulite in the inner side of my thighs have reduced visibly. My aunt told me that I look slimmer. I have also lost 3 kgs overall.

I loved the "lying bicycle" move, not only does it work but it makes me feel and look beautiful & elegant! The moves after that one increase so much intensity-wise, though!!!! I died the whole time

I've never been a fan of working out but i've been pushing myself lately to start working out. You are the only workout channel i subscribed to and am enjoying your workouts quite a lot, your encouraing words and enthusiasm are what's keepong me going💕 now i workout to your videos everyday after work and i am starting to see the progress😍😍 thank you so much Cassey you're wonderful keep going

Can I just say my favorite part of this entire workout is 7:55 when she starts going faster right on time with the music picking up 😂 idk why but that minute gets me so hyped for some reason

I added 3lb leg weights 0_0 had to take them off for the leg circles but now I have a goal to strive for - weights the whole way (weigh? :D) thru!

Those leg circles as HARDDDDDD! I don’t think I’ll be able to follow up to level 3 but will surely keep practicing 1 and 2 until I can ❤️ Thank you for these videos. I love the motivational talk, too. So much better than just silence. Have been obsessed with your workouts ❤️

I love the workout my thighs can feel it, also you look absolutely beautiful glowing with bliss and positivity you truly look happy about yourself, I’ve been doing your workouts for 7 1/2 years and still love it and I can see your true happiness, thank you for being you, ps the out fit looks beautiful and I would love to see some more pattern top with solid bottoms coming in the future just in idea. Me: *does inner thigh lifts* My stepdad: *walks in on me working out and stands there for a second just processing the move I'm doing because he's never seen it* "....respect, that looks hard" Me: *happy that my stepdad sees how hard the move is and is proud* "it is. You should try it out next time!" Him: "I will!" (and he actually meant that. He's always looking for new moves for his workouts at home :D)

Hey Cassey, I've been following you and doing your workouts for years now and love all the content you create. However since my pregnancy and the birth of my beautiful first child I haven't done any of your workouts. First because I was too lazy during pregnancy and now because I fear that I might end up hurting myself... I had a mild diastasis recti which is now closed, but I fear opening it up again and I still have some problems with my pelivic floor. So now I've been trying some other youtubers postpartum workouts which are fine but I miss your energy during workouts... So maybe, just maybe you could give me any advice on what videos/excercises are okay for me to do or maybe you could do a "postpregnancy" series? Thank you so much! Lots of love

I’m a HUGE fan of the bloom method workouts for postpartum (just google it). You have to pay a monthly fee but they walk you through all the steps for healing DR and pelvic floor injuries plus strengthening your core like no other program. So amazing for anyone who’s ever been pregnant!

Hi, I don't know if you specifically wanted Cassey's videos, but I recently downloaded the FitOn app (the content on it is free!) and you can search for workout videos by type, and Post Natal friendly workouts is a category on there! There are multiple fitness instructors on there and Cassey is one of them, though I can't remember off the top of my head if she herself has any videos in that category, sorry. Hope this helps though!
