I so adore and appreciate your videos. I live in the US and think I’m Asian at heart because I absolutely love Asian cuisine, it’s my favorite. Thank you for making your videos to share with the world. I live in a smaller town in Ohio where Asian cuisine is scarce, to say the least. Luckily, I lived in NYC and elsewhere, where Asian food was plentiful, but now I have to rely on my own skills and found recipes to recreate the dishes I love. So, again, thank you for your spirit and willingness to share your passion for food, as it is highly valued way across the world! :)
Marion, I absolutely love your videos and your entire channel. Your personality is so warm and kind and every single video is made with such attention to detail and your instructions are extremely accurate and useful! I love that I've been able to expand my knowledge of Asian cooking through your videos :) You have a huge fan in me!
I love your videos! You make Asian cooking so much easier and you break down everything and you give us younger first generation Chinese Australians something to try! I was always so scared of cooking Chinese or Asian food as I was worried I could never do it justice but you make it more approachable and easier :)
Marion's Kitchen I love the stem too! I think it’s actually sweet! I love the outer tender leaves too! I love that you don’t waste! Thanks so much for the great tips!
So pleased to see I am not the only one who uses ALL of the broccoli 🤗 and releases the noodles in hot water. Such a simple recipe but perhaps I should try and grow the Thai basil because I know it wouldn’t taste the same without it. Thanks Marion 🤗
I made this and it was utterly delicious! I love the way Marion explains dishes, methods and techniques. It's way more personal and thoughtful than Tasty or other sites ♥♥
We made this delicious recipe last night(Monday). This dish was everything we knew it would be delicious, easy and now one of our favorites just like many of Marion’s recipes. Thank you again😊
I absolutely love you!!! Your personality is amazing; I feel like I know you and I’m in your kitchen. You take all of the snobbery out of cooking shows!!
Hey Marion, I’m learning that timing is uber important. I watch how you layer flavors using the art of timing to allow each item to show itself in the dish. I think your timing is genius. Love these quick and easy videos. 🥰😋
Yay! 💗 another awesome noodle recipe and I love every noodle you make ma'am! The video.. its getting better and better, it makes me really happy! And also the background music is perfect for the video 👍👍

Thank you! I looked up this recipe today and made it for my mother, she really enjoyed it 💕🙋🏿♀️and the tips were great the one about hot pot cold oil.. the meat didn't stick!!💗
I just made these and they are great! I will make these again but you have so many other very good-looking noodle recipes I also can't wait to make! I have to admit that this recipe is probably the first one I hadn't tried yet that doesn't involve the Instant Pot or the Instant Vortex for quite a while!! Thanks for the great recipes! I did use different noodles than you did just to use them up and they worked fine! I used the last of my fettuccine and linguini noodles but they've been up in my cabinet for a long time. They won't last 3 days now! Yum yum!!!!!
This is a great looking recipe but doubles as a nice lesson in techniques for this kind of noodle stir fry too! Endless variations are possible here for sure!
Your dishes look as stunning as you. I have obsessively watched, drooled and made several of your dishes (vegetarian version of course) . Also have shared your channel to my fellow executive home chefs .. my daughter included. I have always wondered how you manage not to get one spot in all your whites while cooking, lol. Thank you.
As always, yum! I haven’t used those vac-sealed noodles for quite some time. Looks like you’ve solved my day-off dinner already. Thanks. Now, to get my hands on some of your sriracha sauces. 🤙...just checked, the Walmart in the next town is listed on your website. Yippee!
Hi Marion..I tried this recipe and wow!!! My family loved it!! Thank you so much for your beautiful recipes you share..I can't wait to try more of your recipes..yumm yumm
