These moves, you can do at home are perfect if you're just getting back into exercise after some time off! But remember, you need to take a look at your diet too - eat less processed food and drink less sodas. Eat more fresh, single ingredient meals and drink plenty of water throughout the day, if you really want to see results.
My mission is to show you that it is possible to transform your body in your 40s, 50s and older! Most women I meet want to get in shape but just don't know where to start. In this video I show exactly what you can do to start exercising and getting in shape!

Thank You Lady!! I LOVED this workout, for a couple reasons: 1. I was SWEATING😃 I used to CRY for working out and not sweating😅 Sweating is good for toxin elimination. 2. I did not get overly tired, so much so, I'm going outside NOW, to GLADLY mow the lawn!😃 3. I feel energetic instead of beat.❤ THANK YOU!!❤😊❤

Just did this workout am 53 burnt 130 cals and am puffed out and sweaty so this means it's a winner 🏆 best 1 yet not too long repititions and good rest breaks thank you 😊

Thank you again for more great workouts. Completed an Ab workout and this workout. Why is it that I have definately lost inches around my abdm and my back... I have not lost any weight? I know muscle weighs more than fat. But I have approx 40-50 pounds to loose. I have been eating a healthy diet. Have a great day.

Petra can't thank you enough for this video. I had started one of your other videos but was really looking for something with weights so this is perfect! By the way you look fantastic toned without looking too muscular which is what I'm aiming for. I started today, on this particular video, and it's so do-able but still felt like I'd put in the work. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!! Can you tell us the weight of your barbells and what weight you'd recommend for a beginner? 🥰

Glad it was helpful for you. My weights here are 5lbs/3kg. If you’re a complete beginner perhaps 2kg/4lbs would be better. X

Im enjoying your workouts but miss that you don’t show how much of the workout we have done, if I’m struggling with the session seeing that I have done I.e 60% motivates me to continue. Any chance you could add this on to your workouts?

I'm truly saying..it has been years.. Have been trying to do exercises but could not continue for more than a day or so... But ur simple yet effective exercises have truly motivated me.. So much so that I try to do it twice a day.. Thanks a ton... Hope to achieve healthy n fit body eventually..

Hey Petra Loving your channel, my sister got me onto you.. recovering from back surgery 8 mths ago and having many surgeries due to severe osteo arthritis for 23 yrs. I’m 61, it’s just the pace and complexity I need. Off to buy hand weights, what are you using in the vid? 2 to 2.5kg? Thankyou 👌🏻
