Hi Petra, I'm new to your channel and I'm loving it. I'm a fairly fit 71 year old but I had a spell of vertigo earlier in the year so wasn't exercising. Only put on a 4lbs though because I usually exercise a lot and eat healthily because I enjoy that. So loving getting back to full fitness again and losing a bit of weight. I really want to tone my arms up they are a bit wobbly so I'm doing a selection of your arm videos too. Thanks so much for your fun workouts. ❤️
I’m 72 and had a stroke 5 years ago. However it’s only since I fractured my back 2 years ago that my stomach has sprung out and continually bloats. I’m slim everywhere else so it is very frustrating. I’m going to try your workout and wonder if this problem is partly due to loss of core strength.? Many thanks 😊
