About me: Caren Baginski (she/her) is a yoga therapist and author who has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2009. Her book Restorative Yoga: Relax. Restore. Re-energize. is a visual guide to receiving deep, healing rest. In addition to Restorative Yoga, she is trained in Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and certified through the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She lives in Denver, Colorado, USA, with her husband. Their papillon dog Willow (in many videos) passed away in February 2020.

When I did alternate nostril breathing, I was able to visualize one side easier than the other side. Is that common? Is my body trying to tell me something? Thank you for another wonderful video🎉
Wow. I want introduced to meditation a year ago and have practiced several times a week with varying success. I’m glad to hear you slept well! I don’t add music to my videos (silence has been shown to be more relaxing to the brain than calming music) but I understand the struggle with silence. Feel free to layer your own playlist on top. 💜
