This short kundalini yoga kriya establishes us in the compassion of the anahata / heart chakra, the truthful expression of the vissuddha / throat chakra and the wisdom of the ajna / third eye chakra. It's a beautiful, elevating kriya that lifts your frequency. As we know, the higher our frequency, the higher the frequency we attract to us.
As with all kundalini yoga kriyas please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.
