Of course I enjoyed this kriya! It wins my ranking to the most peculiar one in the channel. You want me to sit how? Really, my body does not bend this way. Yes, I saw ou do it, I suspect it is possible, just not on this side of the screen. Good we had the giggle earlier, I could giggle on trying to knot my legs like that 😅 But I loved it! Great workout it was: the matching for the heart. Thank you!

I loved this practice, I felt a deep connection and love to my self when we where chanting the mantra with the instrument I started crying and realeasing stuck emotions and at the same time feeling a deep acceptance of my self, also my body started shaking, I had really vivid image of my self when I was little and feeling connected to my ìnner child, it was amazing I love you and your practices so much and the way you project love and peace❤❤❤❤

Wow, even though my mind was very distracted this morning, I was able to follow the movements and chanting, and I felt so much better and more present after a few minutes. Thank you! I also really appreciate that you do the full opening chanting at the beginning of each class, it really sets the practice for me. 🙏🤍
Quite surprising at the end I had loads of psychedelic and surprising colorful and moving patterns appearing while keeping my eyes closed. Like I really was in a special state!
