I have PCOS, TMJ. And I'm pre diabetic, I have anxiety and depression and for the first time in 10 years I'm trying to loose weight. My shoulders have become stiff and really hard. My neck is like no neck and I'd just like to say. Your channel and this video is something special. Completely different and unique. I feel very engaged whilst I attempted this video. And that's saying something because I'm pretty much a failure in following instructions.

@@builtdifferent1546 Thankyou for reaching out. I joined a gym recently. I have to constantly pull myself out of dark periods which take forever, during which time I literally self neglect completely. PTSD sucks. And severe social anxiety is just the worst, i can imagine what you go through because it really affects your way of living, but your very very strong to lose 85 kg. This is my third attempt to loose weight, I'm down a few kg but nothing big. My dream would be my original size. It would be the biggest blessing! How on earth did you find the commitment and energy to make such a massive progress?

I struggle enormously with shoulder flexibility. This video is very helpful (actually I have improved my overall flexibility with your videos after having been stuck for years) but I was wondering if you could make more videos on shoulder mobility.? There is a pose in yoga called cowfacing pose where you clapse your hands behind your back. On one side I can barely even place my hand behind my back! Could you do a video about it?

Thanks Tom for such a great follow along routine!! I just keep coming back to this one again and again.. and just made it the first thing I did in 2024 😅 It's so good for providing a noticeable improvement, is short and sweet and flows really nicely. It first helped me to loosen up stiff upper body from desk work, and now helps my sore mum bod (lifting a wiggly 10kg toddler all day long and I have tendonitis from when she was newborn). Have recommended this vid and your channel to a few friends who need to sort their shit out 😂 thanks again and Happy New Year! Hope 2024 brings you great things ❤
