Master I did this routine today after my daily walking, and loved it. All the movements had a strong effectiveness. Thanks for the namaste at the begining, as well as the short meditation with the "om" at the end. I live in Paraguay but I had an initiation with Master Rajinder Shinj yi Maharaj long time ago. the routine is nice but why do you not do all the 10 or 20 moves with your hands in the beginning? should I pause your video every time I do all the moves? I am sorry but it does not make sense to me and it annoys me a bit. just do all the moves, your voice is nice and it makes relax. :)))
